I had issues accessing my deposit and Sheeren was extremely helpful and was very efficient. They were able to help identify what steps I needed to take and was very quick with replying allowing me to verify and access my deposit quicker. Thanks so much!

I think the staff answering emails & the service for deposits are excellent
Initially I struggled to access my account. I found thier email contact & requested help. Billy Robertson & Jodi Majury were both quick to respond to my emails & after vetting me told me my username was another email address. I gave that address but needed it changed. They did that quickly too & gave clear instructions on how to request my previous deposit back & the process afterwards. The site itself also gave very clear info about the process & prompted for info required. I think its an excellent service. I really appreciate it.
