I ordered a pair of Asics a month ago. I had some issues with my CC because I am not from US and my bank does not like payments in USD. The staff is very polite, friendly and willing to help. They spent a lot of time helping me. Also, they had the lowest price on my Nimbus 19 than anywhere else.

Awful customer service, Awful website.
Once your item is paid they couldn't give a f%$k about your custom. Had to return a pair of asics. took 6 weeks to refund my money. refused to pay the shipping. so they still owe me 12 euro. technically robbed me of 12 euro.

Abandon suite à un retour pour erreur de commande une chaussures en 42 l'autre en 43 et l'envoi suivant envoi de deux paires identiques mais dans la mauvaise taille bref Manque de sérieux ne vérifie pas assez leur recommande .cet après-midi je vais acheter mes baskets en magasin Plus cher certes mais ce sera plus simple , pas à bientôt ...😒

They not only ask for photocopy of your credit card security number (which is against all PCI regulations), they then don't refund the full amount when you complain. Potential for fraud is huge.

J'avais commandé une montre garmin forerunner 25 en me trompant dans l'adresse de livraison. J'ai signalé le problème au service après qui l'a corrigé quelques minutes plus tard.
