ME HAN COBRADO PERO NO TENGO NINGUNA INFORMACION
Acabo de comprar unas zapatillas, al terminar el pago se queda una pantalla con toda la informacion del pago pero nada mas. Antes de hacer la compra pone que al hacer el pedido se creará una cuenta si no tienes una todavia, pero ahora no puedo iniciar sesion y me pone que no tengo una cuenta. He intentado localizar el pedido pero no tengo forma de encontrar el numero de seguimiento. Pero he leido y dice que tienen que enviarte un email para confirmar elpedido, todavia no me lo han enviado, pero si lo han cobrado. Llevo 1h y todo sigue igual que al principio, sin usuario en esta pagina, sin ninguna informacion y sin 90 euros. 😠😠
Possibly a scam site
I tried to order shoes from them. They emailed me and asked me to wire transfer the money to them. That is NOT normal in e-commerce, and I suspect this is a scam site.
Colorful
All the reviews should be 5 stars! I have been ordering from running warehouse for years and never disappoints! The only small complaint is sometimes they seem to not have the color selection I see on the retailer's website. For example, Adidas will have certain colors then running warehouse will not. Maybe I am being a bit picky... Still, I love the website!
Problems with my sneaker - gave me plantar fasciitis
In mid-July, I bought new sneakers from the website, an Asics Kayano 25. I've been a runner since 2000 and have been using Asics for almost 8 years now, updating the model every 12 months or so.
I know how the brand fits my feet and am very aware of any discomfort in my body.
I've never had an injury or overtraining problem.
However, right after I bought and used I could feel this heel pain on my right foot that (as I read) was a plantar fasciitis problem.
I've complained to the customer service, they suggested I was overtraining and didn't really accept to take the product back and analyze.
I'm sure this plantar fasciitis is related to the new sneaker because when I cycle (with bike shoes) I don't feel anything but every time I run, feels terrible right after.
Now I'm not running anymore, have to spend money on treating the problem and will need to spend more money to buy a new running shoe? It doesn't add up.

Their so-called customer service manager is terrible
Their so-called customer service manager just hung up on my wife. She had bought some inner soles that were no good at all so she returned them, based on the returns policy.
They just sent them back to her with no correspondence and when she called them, she was spoken to so rudely. So she asked if they could at least refund the postage we paid to return the item and she said “we will absolutely not be doing that” and hung up on her. Then when she tried to call back, they won’t answer.
Do as you like but personally I’d never, ever support a business like this. Worst experience ever and we are pretty chilled people.
Stand by your product or return policy and for goodness sake don’t hang up on customers who have a reasonable dispute.

Out sole started to come apart after a few months. Sent them back and received an upgraded replacement at no cost.

Dreadful return experience
2 pairs of shoes, both faulty. Not their fault. It happens.
Their "Hassle free returns" and "Best return policy in Australia" are very difficult. 4 weeks to replace first pair. Second pair have been returned and when I asked where they were the response was
"Thank you for the email regarding your return.
Once our returns department in Melbourne reach your parcel in the pile they will email you with the requested outcome written on your form.
Please allow 14/21 days for your return to be dealt with. If you have any other quires please give our team a call. "

Awesome service - just bought a Salomon Skin Adv. Running vest - it didn't have a whistle per the spec. I needed it for a major race event with 3 days. Running Warehouse went above and beyond and arranged for it to be dropped off at my house in time for the event. Thanks guys!
Returning Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes for work and wore them for 6 shifts. Very uncomfortable. Returned them to the running warehouse, and received my new shoes a couple of days later. Very happy. Thank-you for your very prompt service.

Make sure you get your size/ shoes right the first time.
Also customer representatives are unhelpful and don't reply to complaints emails either.
Rien à redire
A la base, un peu inquiet au vu des commentaires précédents, j'ai préféré un paiement Paypal pour bénéficier d'une garantie complémentaire au cas où. Dans mon cas, je n'ai eu aucun problème avec ce marchand. Du début de la commande à sa livraison rapide avec un suivi UPS, tout s'est bien passé. Je m'étais renseigné sur un forum concernant le problème des pointures "exotiques" d'Altra avant de commander et lors de la réception, elle étaient à la bonne taille. Pour ma part, je ne regrette pas mon achat chez eux et à des prix compétitifs.

J'ai commandé une paire de chaussure avec un peu d'appréhension au vu des critiques mitigées concernant le site et force est de constater que pour le coup il n'y a rien à redire, commande reçue 3 jours plus tard, modèle concordant et excellent état, le tout à un tarif attractif, bref tout ce qu'on attend d'un site de vente en ligne mais je pense qu'il est aussi important de signaler quand tout se passe bien.

Bought a running lamp. Happily surprised to find out that shipping to the Netherlands was also free.
Sadly the light did not work as expected, so I returned it with the "free returns" service. Stangely I could not file an RMA request to describe my complaints,so I added a letter describing them. After a few weeks the money was refunded without further discussion. So this was all handled very well.

Bought trail running shoes from the eu site. After 20 runs shoes started to break. They didn't accept returns. This was their reply:
Greetings from Running Warehouse Europe.
We have just received feedback from our return department. The shoes are not eligible for return.
The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

Cheating with prices for international delievery
Everything fine with the product I ordered but they cheat on the prices. Once you pay for everything they will add custom duties as extras and you don't gonna get you the product without paying them. And they say NOTHING about that until you pay and place the order. I have compared prices with others (and all of them included custom duty in the price) and they were slightly cheaper but with this dishonest move from their side, I overpay around 20% of the market price. UPD: The company offered to refund extra costs.
