Colour photos very accurate. Great order turnround.
Very happy.

We ordered and received a number of Kilim rug cushion covers. These are beautifully made with strong seams and zips. The colours in the recycled Kilims are vibrant and make a perfect upgrade to our existing sofa cushions.
We appreciated the sales team's help to sort out a couple of price queries. Dispatch and delivery were prompt. We are keeping this company in our favourites for future purchases. We would happily recommend this company.

Ordered three times now and am delighted with the cushion covers and the rug which have all been excellent quality. Fast and efficient delivery too.

Lovely product, very good quality.

Excellent product delivered on time and in pristine condition. I was kept informed so I could organise my day around the delivery. Thank you

Rug arrived very promptly, exceedingly well packed .
Stunning Persian rug , in excellent condition, as described, it is 60 years old and looks like new . Colour a very good match to online photograph . So helpful to have the non slip underlay cut to size . Very happy customer

I've placed several orders with this company for kilim cushions and they are beautiful and very authentic. On one occasion I had to return two, because the colours weren't as I expected. I ordered an alternative and my refund was processed swiftly. My orders were delivered within a couple of days and I would highly recommend using them if you're looking for genuine kilim cushions.

My rug and cushions were exactly as in the photographs and I am extremely happy with them. I got prompt emails confirming my orders and prompt delivery of my goods. A very happy customer!

Ordered an Ottoman, received on a timely basis and pleased with it's quality and workmanship.

Very quick and correct, colours are not as vibrant, but beautiful regardless

Fast delivery of beautiful, high quality pillow.

The rug I received looks exactly the same as on the picture. Lovely. Arrived promptly and well packaged.

My cushion is amazing I am so grateful for the people who still have the skills to make beautiful hand embroidered cushions. It arrived in perfect condition, thank you so much.

Needed to contact seller due to confusing messages from UPS courier about delivery. Seller was helpful and reassured me that my order would be delivered on time. Thank you! The Kilim Cushions are beautiful and of an excellent quality. Definitely recommend I will be ordering more items from this company.

What a great company to deal with! I've now ordered three different lots of Kilim Turkish cushions in various sizes and have been wholly satisfied with each order. The cushions are of great quality. Extremely well made and very robust as well as being highly decorative with an abundance of various patterns which blend in and contrast existing curtains, rugs and furniture. Ok, perhaps the cushions may appear to be a little on the expensive side but you are buying real quality items which will last, so in essence they are really good value for money.
Online ordering was easy and dispatch extremely fast, in most cases next day delivery! Customer service was excellent too. I contacted Rug Store to query a consignment and their phone was answered immediately with an answer to my query explained in detail. As I say, a great company to deal with. You can't beat the kind of service Rug Store provide! Many thanks guys, my beautiful hand-woven Kilim Turkish cushions have transformed my lounge!
