The rug was delivered very quickly though we had not paid for a fast delivery.The rug was as good a quality as expected and the colours displayed on the computer screen were a true likeness.

We have purchased from Rugstore previously and would happily use again and recommend. We ordered a medium sized vintage rug online. As previously, delivery was quick, the rug is beautiful and in good condition (as described), and we are very happy with the product and service.

Customer service was helpful when I needed assistance, and refunds are processed smoothly if issues arise. The products match their online descriptions well. A reliable and trustworthy company. The cushion covers are beautiful and exactly as described. The aspect that let the purchase down was the delivery. First of all £12.50 which seems far too much, and it took five or six days to arrive via UPS. Please change your courier. Love the cushion covers though.

BUYERS BEWARE!

I bought a kilim stool from this company. The quality was poor, as was the packaging in which it was delivered. It was clear that the kilim used to cover the seat was of low quality and it had been overstretched, so it looked like there were holes in the seat cover. I immediately contacted the store indicating that it was of an inappropriate quality; they reluctantly accepted the return and issued a refund excluding delivery and return costs (of £50). The store disputed my claim that the stool was of a poor quality (- they define their own standards!) and referred to their Terms and Conditions, and specifically their Returns Policy. However, the Returns Policy fails to mention the return of goods that are of a poor quality, even though it is covered in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

More importantly, there was not a permanent fire safety label on the stool. Under the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, used furniture must meet the same standards as new furniture on sale in shops; permanent fire safety labels are legally required on upholstered items, with the intention of letting people know that the item complies with British Fire Safety Regulations. Whilst I was expecting to see such a label, there was not one present on the stool, and I had no idea if the stool contained foams, fillings or other materials, that could potentially be flammable. The Rug Store was not interested in this point!
A poor quality (and arguable dangerous) product, combined with arrogance and ignorance of the law by the Rug Store has left me out of pocket and wasted my time.
