Absolutely exhausting. The number of calls I receive from Vivid is absurd, usually a call about a job with very wishy-washy job specifications, and when I check the company information against what I was told it's clear this is not a client (as told) of Vivid's but a prospect. Most calls devolve into being asked questions about my past contracts or employers to fish for information about managers, contact details, or contacts, clearly looking to pad out portfolios. Often I'm told they are a pre-existing client, but they want to find contact details of managers in other departments, and yet they are unable to pronounce the name of the business correctly. This is highly unprofessional, and after several years of empty promises and attempts at fishing for every bit of information from my CV, I now tend to avoid calls with Vivid as I never expect anything concrete to appear. This borderlines on harassment. I wouldn't mind so much if they actually had real job offers, but either the offer is demonstrably fake, a very clear mismatch with my CV, or portfolio padding for Vivid to push towards prospects. Even when there is a job that's a good fit, anything beyond the initial contact turns into ghosting. No feedback, until the next call, when they no longer remember the offer a month prior. I've never encountered such a cowboy recruitment operation.

I enjoy the close relationship with the team and the accountability on the task.

Smooth and correct interviewing process. But what bothers me is that, after landing the job, I got already 2 inquiries from other Vivid recruiters for other jobs! Don't you guys have a database where recruiters can see that I'm 2 months in the job that I found via the first recruiter?

Een recruiter nam contact met me op en ik maakte heel duidelijk dat ik niet geïnteresseerd was in een managementfunctie, en al helemaal niet in een fulltime functie. Hij vertelde me dat hij de vacature naar me had doorgestuurd. Toen hij me vroeg mijn cv op te sturen, vroeg ik naar welk adres. Hij had mijn e-mailadres niet eens, dus hoe kon hij me dan een functieomschrijving sturen? Later die week ontving ik de functieomschrijving voor een managementfunctie waar we het over hadden gehad, maar die ik had afgewezen.

Vorige week werd ik opnieuw gebeld door dezelfde persoon Hij begin weer hetzelfde riedeltje af te draaien als in het vorige gesprek en ik maakte duidelijk dat ik niet opnieuw over dezelfde dingen wilde praten als eerder. Ik heb het gesprek beëindigd.

Ik was verbaasd dat ik opnieuw dezelfde functiebeschrijving kreeg voor een fulltime managementfunctie. Ik vind dit erg onprofessioneel en aangegeven dat ze geen contact meer met me moeten opnemen.
