Fantastic after sales service!!
I made a mistake when ordering and only ordered half what I needed. Called the team and they sorted it on the phone in a couple of minutes. Well done Rubber Monkey for taking the time to care:)

Super fast postage! Highly recommended!

When i raise a problem they suddenly act on it ans solved it..

One if the easiest to navigate and search websites, easy purchase process. RM shopping and stock up - it's a breeze!

I’ve had several questions recently about purchasing new band gear, and Devon Brassfield has been nothing short of exceptional. He’s quick to respond, incredibly informative, and clearly knowledgeable about the products and brands he recommends.
I’ve been unsure about which brands to trust and what gear would be the most reliable, but every suggestion Devon has made has been absolutely spot on. His guidance has made the buying process so much easier, and I genuinely appreciate the time and care he’s put into helping me choose the right equipment.
Huge thanks to Devon—his expertise and customer service are top-notch! Highly recommended.

Prompt and easy transaction ; )

the hold up was with canon not rubber monkey and they kept me informed all the way thru so thank you

Purchased an ultra thin power bank on sale online and wanted to add another item to the shipping. Called them up and sorted it all out within minutes. Package came well packed and bonus candy

Extremely helpful, they emailed me a direct link to the product I was after and super quick delivery.

I bought an item online whilst knowing there is a wait. Aidan sorted my problem with my order and the item arrived just in time for the job it was intended for.

Quick responsive communication. Prompt delivery.
Now if only IK Multimedia the company who's software uses this device worked the same way I would be thrilled , alas they are not.

Their support manager with assistance from their audio specialist team was superb. The solution offered was 'spot-on' to the problem.

I ordered on the day when the New Zealand Wellington team of Rubber Monkey was down due to bad weather. They connected me to their Sydney team, who were very patient and extremely helpful in my rather complicated order.

And then I needed to make some changes that required phone calls and emails. These were also handled very professionally and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Very satisfied with the overall process.

It was easy, and quick to order. I like the option to deliver as ready individual items, or wait for the total order.
NZ Post delivery is the only minor point, where the item was redirected to a post office only open 9-4.30 weekdays. Which delayed pick up for almost a week.

Good pricing
Good coms
My order arrived on time and as expected.
