Royal Finesse Anmeldelser

We had been looking for some high-quality teak benches for an award-winning garden set in a historic landscape. We wanted well-made benches that will last several seasons, look good, and be comfortable for our visitors. The three benches we received were of excellent quality and met all our specific requirements, with dowelled construction, rather than screws, and a good oiled finish. Royal Finesse were great value, swift delivery and great communication.
Thanks

Really impressed with the design and quality of Royal Finesse’s ex-display Wave bench. The solid teak construction will last for years. It’s such good value with no noticeable marks despite being ex-display. The service over the phone and delivery was efficient and friendly. If you’re thinking of making a purchase go ahead!

Very helpful staff. Good delivery servvice that had a degree of flexibility. Above all a good product at a very reasonable price. We love the benches!

I received my Wave ex demo bench very quickly, even before the expected date.
As it was ex demo I obviously did not expect it to be perfect, there was a screw missing and a loose piece of wood and a slightly grazed arm. I put in a new screw, a Little bit of 'no more nails' and about 20 seconds of rubbing with a fine sandpaper on the arm and now it looks like new. I am very very pleased with it. When I need any more new furniture this is the company that I will go to first. Both of the people that I spoke to on the telephone were very very helpful.

My husband is absolutely thrilled with his teak bench which I bought for his 70th birthday. He has sat, reading his book, positioned between two rose beds and drinking an afternoon cuppa, blissful. The bench is incredibly comfortable, arrived on time and the delivery men were really helpful. Thank you!!

Well made bench considering ex display model
Looks good no damage or marks
Great value for money a good buy

Happy to buy again.

The service was great up to placement of order No. 1761 for a round teak table and stacking chairs and it was delivered on time as promised. The table stands out in all weather and is proving of nice quality, thanks Royal Finesse !!

Perfect for my needs. Delivered quickly and packaged well. Will withstand the weather and is small enough to be folded and tucked away.

Staff helpfulness - #1755

My Order No.#1663 dated 21/04/23 was fulfilled very efficiently and in my dealings with the support staff via the telephone I found them very courteous and extremely helpful.
The products were delivered on time, assembled quickly and all packaging tidied and removed.
I have found the products, an extending table and 8 stackable chairs plus a garden bench very comfortable and have received many compliments on them from family and friends, a great pity that the weather has prevented us from making more use of them.

Teak 180 cm Maximus Round Stacking Set (8 Stacking Chairs) Complete set Cushions included. Order:1598.
Excellent service from the moment I placed the order. The quality of the product is first class at an exceptional price. Substantial and well built product much admired by all our guests. Delivery was on time exactly as promised, delivered by very helpful team.

Elegant Lutyens bench. Easy to assemble with traditional dowls and pegs.

Great table - very good shape and size. Wasn't the easiest to put together. Efficient service

The hardwood garden bench was well made of sustainable timber and at reasonable price. The company arranged an early delivery and re-arrange the date as it was not convenient. On the day of delivery the crew were polite and helpful making the whole process from purchase to delivery a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company.

I received my beautiful table and chairs in the time that was estimated. I also paid extra to have them assembled.
The guys were very quick and did a great job. They took all the packaging away, so my garden instantly looked beautiful.
The furniture is just as shown on the website.
I most definitely will be purchasing from the company again.

Fantastic customer service. Also love the product quality and style - it’s just the job!
Needs looking after with teak oil - but as to be expected,

I bought a 5-foot ex-display teak park bench, thinking there would at least be some dents or scratches being ex-display but was amazed to find there were none, not one! No assembling was required, making it a very solid bench. Very pleased with the quality of the bench and the level of service received from Royal Finesse. Highly recommend. Order #1647

After researching online we opted to purchase our new teak garden table and chairs from Royal Finesse.
The furniture is absolutely beautiful and has really upgraded our patio/entertaining area. It was easy to assemble and we will certainly use Royal Finesse again in the future.

Bench was delivered on time, I was delighted with the quality. As the description states these are ex display and may have marks and scratches, however for the price paid the level of marking was minimal and therefore excellent value. I have also ordered other goods give first positive experience.
