I have been using R1P for many years now and they are fantastic. Quick to help and always on point with products. Huge shout out to Steph who recently helped me out over the weekend with an order that had been ordered incorrectly. Sorting it out for me and my client quickly

I have been dealing with Route 1 Print for quite a number of years and always found them reliable and well priced. Orders are dispatched on time and the staff are always pleasant and helpful whether on the phone or by email. My account manager David is very attentive and keeps in regular contact with me, updating me with any new products or services. I had an artwork issue recently which was my own fault and Bex Taylor in the artwork team was extremely pleasant and helpful, getting my issue resolved very quickly. Top marks!

Been printing with R1 for about a year and I’m consistently impressed with both their quality products, as well as the customer sales and studio teams. Both teams are friendly, efficient and helpful. Plus they know the products and processes inside out! Special mention to Beth in the studio, as well as Emily, Elina and Ophelia in customer service. Just a delight to deal with!

I had issues with my PDF, and Beth was really helpful and quick getting back to me. She did two separate manual proofs for me to make sure the artwork would print right. Really helpful, thank you!

I had an issue with some artwork, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Hannah and the artwork team at R1. Impressed with the responsiveness and friendly way they have managed the whole process. Great example of excellent customer service.

We had an issue with a delivery going to the wrong address. When R1 was notified, they was reprinted and they arrived the next working day. Unfortunately, there was print errors and the client wanted a refund. Ashley Doughty from R1 was very understanding and very helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, issues can occur but its how they are dealt with that matters. And Ashley further strengthened our relationship with R1 ensuring they are our No.1 supplier and 'go to' company for printed material. The customer service is exceptional which allows us as a reseller to offer the same level of customer service.

Usual quick response from artwork team and Bex helped me get the PDF correct for print!

I had got in a bit of a muddle uploading and downloading files, and Bex in the Design office took control, and got everything to work perfectly for me, Thank you very much!

-- In response, not the right response at all. You have consistently caused issues with orders through your own website issues, stock problems and logistical errors. We are entitled to a good service and you have fallen short on every occasion. When this was raised with you, your instant response was to close our account and cancel all ongoing jobs. That's not a rational response by any business means.

Closed our account because we complained about the poor customer service. Customer of 14 years - now entirely banned and blackmailed into returning another customer's job before we can have our own, despite it being four days late.

Completely useless now to trade and otherwise. Every single order has a problem. The point of a trade printer is we leave a job in your hands and you deliver a trade service. Instead, we get constant excuses, late deliveries, problems with website and just a pathetic sorry each time from a script. The worst customer service in the printing industry by far. Absolutely abysmal but more than happy to post us letters every week asking us to visit for a tour?! Out of touch beyond belief.

Bex understood my dilemma and artwork set-up and confirmed how I needed to present for the correct result.
