Rother Valley Optics Anmeldelser

Had to return a product but returns process easy and efficient. Would highly recommend

Rother Valley Optics are my go to whenever I need anything for my telescope (which I also bought from them).

They have a very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful staff. Their customer service is excellent and always there to help with any questions.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

This company really, really goes above a beyond for the customer, I really cannot rate them high enough.

Superb store and staff, extremely helpful and fantastic products. Fast delivery on goods in A1 condition, highly recommended for Astronomers, amateur and professional.

I bought the Baader Mark III Laser Collimator well worth the money ,my scope was quite far out of collimation within 2 mins it was all done . I have shopped at rvo for many years now the staff have great knowledge and very friendly .

It makes a refreshing change to deal with a company that has a good customer service and knowledge and confidence in the products they sell.

I had done some online research into binoculars for bird watching. There is a lot of poor quality rubbish out there and it took time to find a quality pair for a price I could afford.

I decided on a pair which I found on the RVO Webb site. After placing my order I received a call from their customer service. They apologised and informed me the model I had ordered was now out of stock and their supplier could not deliver until later in the year.
Another model was recommended which had all the attributes of the ones I had wanted.

The binoculars were delivered within a couple of days by courier and I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the service I had received.

I would certainly recommend this company which also offer their own two year guarantee on the products they sell.

I honestly can't rate this company highly enough! Went above and beyond with my order of a beautiful telescope that looks superior quality!
The customer care and service is exceptional ...Thank you Darien you are amazing! Received my order the next day, less than 24hrs, unbelievable.
So helpful and so efficient, really couldn't ask for more. If I could rate a million stars I would ...brilliant all round!!!! Thank you so much will definitely use you guys again!!!

Dealt with Adam Khatib
I had a problem with my telescope which had been damaged in travel emailed a picture of the damaged part and ten minutes later order was placed and new part arrived 36 hours later
Superb service thank you Adam

I ordered some equipment for my telescope on 24th June and promptly received a reply. Told me they would send it out to me on the Monday. Then Monday came and my order arrived at 13.15. Amazing!!! Got the email to say that it was on its way 2 hours later.
Excellent service.

RVO - and Adam especially, with whom I've mainly dealt - have been fantastic with me since I began purchasing products from them in 2019. As a newbie back then I needed help: RVO helped me all the way. Today I need a non-stock item only available from an online-only retailer with whom I've recently experienced 'attitudinal friction' leaving me feeling less important than the company I'm buying from. I asked RVO whether they could source it - yes, all sorted, no need to stress. Why on earth did I ever approach that online company? Thank God for RVO is all I can say. Nick H.

Everything you need for telescopes etc they have it , the staff are very helpful if you need to call them . Postage is fast and delivered quick , no hanging about .

Really quick delivery. Arrived next day

Super simple ordering process, a quick email ensures items are in stock. Very quick delivery

ABSOLUTELY JAW DROPPING AMAZING !!

Both myself and my wife are interested in Astronomy and want to take it to the next level, we Googled it and saw that Rother Valley Optics was our nearest shop, when you’re new to something technical like this we think it’s best to speak to someone who knows the process, AND see and explain the equipment available.
We were greeted by friendly staff that asked us what we intended to do, then took us to the jaw dropping show room, WOW.. this has everything anyone could possibly need for this subject.
There’s no push to buy, you can look round, and when you need information they explain it in detail, it’s a must go to place for anyone interested in Astronomy, the prices are matched too so you can’t go wrong !

Absolutely great customer service, Definitely I will be back for more goodies. Thank you.

Fast service, replied to stock checks promptly. Arrived when expected.

I ordered an eyepiece on Saturday and it arrived next day! Incredibly well packaged.
The eyepiece is spotlessly clean.
Best on price.
Will use again and again!

While I did have some issues with my order, it's
hats off to Adam at RVO. He's taken the time to reach out to me and listen to my issues. He's done everything possible to restore my faith in RVO. I now know that RVO do take customer service seriously and will do their best to ensure they have satisfied customers. It's good to see how a company responds when there is an issue.

What a fantastic company to deal with. Extremely proficient and knowledgeable. Order arrived day after I bought the telescope. Very well packaged. Courier was brilliant, brought both packages (heavy) into the house. Thank you Rother Valley Optics. Will definitely be back for more bits and pieces. Highly recommend this company. I'd give 10 stars if available

Initially quick and efficient but left out an integral part of the package dispatched to me. Had to wait a few days for it to arrive.
