Honestly they've been nothing but fantastic to me whenever I've spoken to them. Their customer service is amazing, it's so easy to get in touch with somebody if you have any questions or issues.

I've ordered a lot from their store too, and they're constantly running great promotions and offers, with the only downside being most of the interesting items are exclusive to the US, store so the postage is a bit more expensive. They did have a UK warehouse but they closed it a few years ago.

Can't say enough good things about the customer service staff.

I have been a fan for years, I have bought shirts and other things from here for years but in recent times, I feel that the quality is slipping. I started to notice that prints are just fading way faster than they used to, and they feel a lot thinner that normal.
The one thing I can't fault though is the customer service, if I have ever had any issues they've been brilliant and understanding. I'll tell you of a time i order a tank top from them and there was an issue with delivery, the driver put that they left the order with somebody who as far as I was aware had died. I raised this issue with the delivery company and they tried to investigate what happened, the told me that I had to just get another one sent by the RoosterTeeth. I told customer service what had happened and they sent out another and I was happy, the next day there was a knock at the door, there was a bloke from the business centre from across the road, he told me that one of his workers was hand this by a driver and was left in the reception... I tried to see if it was too late cancel the second order but it was too late but they were okay with it. When I get to Austin for RTX, I owe you guys in customer service a load of snacks/ cakes

UTTER GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INACCURATE STOCK COUNTS. Customer service gives unintelligible responses and frank lies regarding shipping. Glad I didn't spend much and I will never order again.

There store has style to the site and my items that I purchased from the store arrive at my house with no difficulty. Their website is amazing for binge watching shows like RWBY, Gen:LOCK, Camp Camp, RvB, etc.

The price for a 1 month FIRST membership is decent for discounts and for watching FIRST exclusive content. I recommend this site if you want to watch amazing animated shows or for wacky shenanigans on their live action stuff. I recommend checking out their store if you wanna check out some cool cloths, toys, etc.

Cancelled my first subscription 2 years ago and suddenly get charged 60 bucks for a full year subscription. Despite getting an email from Rooster Teeth saying the payments are cancelled I'm still out 60 dollars. Be careful they'll say sorry and run off with your money.

I've been a huge fan since I was 11, particularly RWBY. So when I ordered the Cinder figure, I was so excited! Good shipping time as I watched it move to my state. However, as I was putting her weapon in her hand, it completely shattered- broke into four pieces and fell onto the table. I was upset, yes, but I contacted the store and in an hour an employee had me submit a report so I could get a replacement. Even if I didn't get to track it, it came even faster than the first one (and was free of charge!) so I didn't mind. This time I was very careful (even watched a tutorial) and actually got her weapon into place in one piece. As I was making sure it was secure, it broke in the middle and dropped onto the floor. I'm not going to ask for one more replacement. So yeah, it looks like I'll be using hot glue again.
Great store, excellent customer care, good experience all around with them. Just beware; if you order Cinder, her weapon is not nearly as strong as you think! Be very gentle and don't push hard!

Fantastic site far better than YouTube for all there content. Yes there is a small fee to pay for a gold account it works out around£3.50 a month which isn’t much if you don’t want to wait a few days on there content being free. It also gives you access to other shows and site only shows they have like laser team 1 and 2 bloodfest etc. Achievement hunter is one of the best channels they have and I am starting to come around to screwattack and fun haus. A must for anybody who likes watching video game content

I ordered two items for my daughter for Christmas, I ordered from the USA store for delivery to the UK. I paid all the shipping costs but was disappointed to find that once here in the UK they wouldn't deliver the package until I paid an additional £13.95. I was not informed of these additional costs until the items were here and ready for delivery. As they were a Christmas present I reluctantly paid the fee, part of which was a tax on the items and part was a Royal Mail handling fee. If you need to pay an additional tax over a certain value that should be made clear at checkout so you have the choice to go ahead with the sale or not. I feel I have paid way over the odds for the two items received.

Used to be good now they have the worst customer service and seem intent on trying to cheat you out of money or services you paid for. The have no respect for loyal customers, so I can’t imagine how they treat new customers. Never buying anything from them again.

The store is well priced and international shipping has generally been excellent value, to the extent that more than once I have ordered from the US instead of the UK store when I had the option. Customer Service has been prompt and helpful.

The only issue stopping this from being a 5* review is that express international shipping costs over $200 regardless of what you are shipping, so a $15 poster would cost around $240 to ship using this method. International shipping isn't necessarily cheap but this is a bit silly.

I ordered an item in November which although sent out for delivery was never delivered.
Sent them three emails -no response!
Sent an email to the US company-"we cannot help".
Seriously, only deal with this company if you are happy to throw money away.

Roosterteeth are simply incredible. The only thing I dislike about their website is the buffer limit set on videos. Sometimes, watching videos on the site can be a little tedious however the outstanding content always has been and always will be worth it!

With the addition of theater mode sponsorship is an even better deal.
