I purchased two films from the Christian Cinema channel app via Amazon Firestick TV in 2021 & 2022. I recently tried to play them only to discover that Christian Cinema have removed the titles without warning (not even an option to download). I contacted CC customer service who couldn't find my purchases without a receipt from Amazon. When I did produce it, they told me they would only offer a partial refund (Amazon cannot process the refund from 2021 and 2022 and referred me back to CC). This whole experience is terrible. It's not about the money it's about the lack of accountability from Christian Cinema. My advice is not to support them. Do not buy titles from them. They will delete them if their license to screen them expires and you will lose your money.

I have PURCHASED quite a few movies over the past 10 years. Suddenly, ChristianCinema change their platform – and ALL my purchased movies were gone. After A LOT of back-and-forth with their support, they managed to restore some of the movies, but they can't or won't go back into their old system to retrieve a complete list of ALL the movies I had purchased. If I can't provide the invoices, they can't help!
I call this theft...!! And from a "Christian" organization. I'm speechless...!

Fraudulent! It's a shame that a christian organisation would do business in an underhand way. They recently changed management and the robot-sounding Asian staff (going by their names) are anything but reasonable and proactive. All the films I purchased prior to their change in management are now gone, and their reason is that their policy has restricted those movies due to my location being in the UK. Okay no problem about amending viewing restriction, but I have a problem with losing money as I PURCHASED those movies, so if they want to apply restriction surely they should be prepared to refund my money for the movies I already paid for. Seems a really bad business model they have adopted, and I see them crashing down soon - it's not a curse but a fact of life for any company which puts stupid business practices over common sense and ethical stances.

Shame on you ChristianCinema - you bring disrepute to what you supposedly stand for. You should delve into the secular, and have no association with spiritual or Christiany things.

This app is extremely bad. It hardly ever works and takes forever.
Recently they have made a change to the set up which means that the movie I had bought is now gone also.
What a shame.

The reviews are totally bogus. Consistently low rankings across the boards for all movies. It seems this website might be a hoax.

It’s unfortnate. I purchased a few movies all went well. Then I bought a documentary and every 2 minutes would close me out of the show and back to the Roku. Please contact me with questions as i verified with Facebook

Great company, easy to buy and rent movies and they have a good library of movies.
