Ordered the blind 4 weeks ago and still…
Ordered the blind 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Apparently it’s in transit but it’s been there for weeks.
UPDATE:
I was proactively contacted by Roofblinds. The very helpful person contacted the courier and sorted the issue. Blind is now due to be delivered today.

Blinds are great, shame about the courier.
Buying the blinds was easy and the slight delay explained in advance. The blinds were due to arrive before the weekend so I could remove the old ones and fit the new ones at the weekend.
Sadly the courier service only delivered one. I emailed and was pleased that my query was looked at straight away but the second blind did not arrive until the Monday.
I found the instructions for fitting easy to follow and I am pleased with the end result. It's just a shame it took longer than anticipated.

Longer than usual delivery time and…
Longer than usual delivery time and unclear installation instructions the main reasons for not giving 5 stars . But the product is well made and once fitted gives excellent operation. The price was also a positive.

Great Value Blinds
These blinds are Velux blinds, they are great value from Roof Blinds delivery takes awhile as they come from outside the UK but great quality. We bought solar powered blinds Easy to fit and they works well.

Ordered a pair of Velux solar powered blinds which were perfect for my application they are perfectly made for a specific window and consequently fit perfectly they only took 10 minutes to fit and worked first time
Delivery was a little slow but there was a ability to track the delivery so no problem
