I have approached Rolec regarding commercial EV chargers, and have met with excellent technical and sale support, which continued throughout the whole process of my enquiries. NNPA RFID Issues
I am in charge of Facilities Management for NNPA. Nobody warned me that an engineer would be out. I wasn't on site last Friday and nobody was expecting an engineer. The problem persists. I want to be aware when the engineer is coming (even an all day appointment would be okay)

I don’t usually leave detailed reviews. In my role, I work with hundreds of contractors day in, day out, and if I were to write reviews regularly, I would honestly spend most of my time just sitting and writing them. However, on this occasion I felt it was important to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received from Lukasz on Saturday.
From the outset, the speed at which Rolec responds to issues was impressive. We were experiencing a problem with commercial chargers on site, and I was completely unsure how to manage them. Lukasz guided me through the process so clearly and confidently that it was better than reading any manual.
The entire process was fast, accurate, and handled with real professionalism. Lukasz was extremely knowledgeable, and it genuinely felt as though he cared just as much as I did about resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Lukasz should be a prime example of how customers should be treated. Rolec should be very proud to have an employee of this standard—he truly represents the best of customer service. He should be used as a benchmark for the entire team on how to communicate with and support customers effectively.

I phoned the number on Rolec website…
I phoned the number on Rolec website and after selecting the option i experienced little waiting time. The Technical support operator called Lukasz answered and was immediately able to guide me through the rest of my setup for an EV charger. Lukasz was clear and friendly. I was able to understand and action his input with ease. I will be using Rolec again. Great product, great service.

ROLEC PCB Module Fault
Where do I start, these folks are great!
We had an issue where one of our EV Chargers just wouldn't connect to the network & then the comms module just disappeared off the network. ROLEC arranged for a new PCB module to be fitted.
This was all done within a week, can't fault ROLEC.

Quick response and action
I had a balance in a charging account I never used. One email and just an hout later it was refunded to my credit card.
Good support once you get through
Once the fault was diagnosed, parts arrived quickly, technical help was very good - the main issue is the waiting time to be connected, i was frequently waiting 20 minutes at a time to speak to someone.

Service call from Piotr SICINSKI
I had a service call from Piotr SICINSKI at 08:15 this morning (Wed 15 ApriL 2026) about our EV charging post. Both ports were not charging - one has been out of action for a year. I have tried to get this fixed many times but Piotr is the first member of the Rolec team to solve the problem. He was polite, friendly, helpful and got the posts working again. Great service. Well done.

I phoned Rolec as I couldn't get our Evo charger to work. Lukasz was fab. He went through it step by step. Found the problem. Lukasz then went through all the ways I will be using it, which is great to be able to get all the answers in one go and one place. No automated robot answers - nothing beats speaking to a human! Thanks Lukasz, you have saved me a lot of time.
