A Pleasure To Deal With
The dreaded Covid struck Rok Max with both Alan and Gordon being laid low. Despite this, Alan called me back and answered my query. Gordon then followed up with a call back and I had a very pleasant chat about Bass fishing. I ordered an Avet reel and this will be my 4th order. Just now waiting for the reel to arrive in the UK. Dealing with Rok Max has always been a pleasure and they do seem genuinely interested in providing a good service - so many other businesses could learn a lot from them👍 Thanks gents, and I hope you’re both feeling better.

Great as usual! the post strikes played havoc with delivery but after speaking to you it arrived as you said! My 1 niggle is that I’d wish you would put the 100 yards momois mono on a spool! It’s the second one that took me over an hour to untangle when reeling on as a top shot!
