Lovely shop - Great people
The guys know what they are doing (both in fishing and customer service)
For this instance, it was an online order as a follow up to a personal visit in the shop.
No big comments on the online order, the shop works well, shipping was fast, was a bit of a pain in the butt to enter separate shipping and billing addresses, took me like 5 tries to get it right.
The actual comment is more in the shop. The guys are absolutely fantastic. Rarely has ever, anyone, taken that much time to guide me through what I wanted to do, listened to me, taught me, shared experiences and advice. Was my first contact with spliced braids, and I was actually walked to the spooling stations, and given a live demo on how to splice a leader into a braided line.
They say the customer is king, and yea, I was treated like a king on my visit to the store. I think I mostly talked to Shaun, not Allan (sorry, I am so bad with names).

Excellent service
As a long time customer of Rok Max my experience has consistently been one of professional, courteous service and of top quality totally reliable products, whether the excellent Avet reels, of which I now own five, or small items of terminal tackle I have never had any issues with a Rok Max product.
