Rohan Anmeldelser

Ordering was easy and the delivery was very quick and left in the right place.

I’ve worn these tops for longer than I care to remember. I think there have been three generations of design with the latest being softer and cosier than the previous. They always look great and are snag proof, hard wearing and dry quickly. They work well both an intermediate layer with or without a tee-shirt or on their own.

I think the time has come for me to write an unprompted review. Retired now, I wear Rohan pretty much all the time when casual wear is the order of the day. I have been buying Rohan gear for about 30 years - I have never had a problem and have been very satisfied with store and online purchases. I think this is a slick company which provides highly functional good-quality clothing, backed up with impeccable customer service. There, I have said my piece……

I have been wearing Rohan waterproofs, fleeces and shorts for about 40 years. But one of the absolutely standout garments (the other is the Jeans) is the Microgrid zip tops, comfortable and useful in a remarkable range of British temperatures, the chest pocket is perfect for your mobile and the brighter colours cheer you in a sea of grey and black. Buy some.

Good quality items, prompt delivery

Rohan is a very efficient company and they provide very good quality clothing.

I ordered a pair of trainers. The ordering process was straight forward and they arrived very quickly.

Happy with the quality of the trainers.

My online experience has always been great and my latest purchase went well.
I'd like to express my thanks to the lady in your Preston shop where they didnt have my size but we compared a smaller size and its stretch waist so I could go ahead with a purchase online with confidence of a good fit.

Love the global Ts - I have quite a few of them in different colours. They are great tops, layers and suitable for so many settings. More please! Especially when on deals 😊

Excellent products supplied by excellent service

Prompt delivery.
Lightweight as required.
Would like cargo pockets

Have bought quite a bit of Rohan kit over recent years. All of it is high quality and very durable. Sizes are generous and jackets are generally made to accommodate several layers. Waterproof equipment stands up to wet weather. Shop staff are usually very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered two online items to collect from our local shop on collection only one item could be found, I was told that a good search in the shop would be carried out as there was a staff shortage that day and then it would be posted out to me which is duly was, resulting in good customer service 😀

I am furious with Rohan. At the end of February I purchased a full price pair of amblers trousers. One week after they arrived I received an email from Rohan offering 25% on Amblers trousers. This is not the first time they’ve done that. I see no point in buying full price from them in future. If they were going to offer me a discount so quickly after purchasing full price they should’ve offered to reimburse me.

Really impressed with the speed of delivery. I bought items in the sale and am very pleased with them.

Prompt delivery, great kit!

Great value and free delivery. Store super helpful when contacted as we were delayed in collecting.

I’ve contacted the helpline 4 or 5 times since November requesting a return label & Becky promises she has sent & emailed it to me yet nothing ever arrives. Is there a manager to contact to bypass her? The aftercare service is nonexistent as they seem to want to prevent you from returning items for repair - it’s ridiculous.

Good quality products with a great discount at sale time.
Can arrange to collect in store, I do often, and try on the clothes I ordered. If the wrong size can change and/or reorder, simple!

Arrived at click and collect on time.
Trousers were a perfect fit.

The zip could be more robust while zips on the pockets would have added security. Otherwise it is a satisfactory fleece for Spring and Autumn but not as satisfactory as the Rangefinder it replaces!
