I'm am writing this review and I have yet to see the ring I ordered; the ring is scheduled to arrive in a couple of days.

OK, to start, this company is amazing! They communicate effectively and quick. They show genuine care for their customers.

When I placed my order I had some technical issues that caused the order to differ from my expectations and original selection. However, I emailed them and within less than an hour, I received communication from the team assuring me that they will look into the matter.

They confirmed the issues, they fixed the problem, and they offered a resolution in a timely manner that is unprecedented with online businesses.

They truly have gone above and beyond and they have impressed me more than any other company I have dealt with online.

Oh yeah, don't forget, I have not even seen the engagement ring yet, but worse case scenario, if I don't like it or it does not meet my expectations, I will just utilize the return guarantee but you better believe I will just end up returning to their site and start over. I recived the ring on time and as ordered and most importantly, she loves the ring!!!

Also, out of curiosity I took the ring to a few local jewelers and asked them for cash offers. All of them offered me more than I paid for the ring. Think about that, a cash offer, meaning, they will buy from me and turn around and sell it for double what they offered me. On average, I was offered 1.5 X what I paid for the ring.

Ring is not as pretty as picture and a bit deceiving. I am totally NOT HAPPY WITH THE COLOR OF THE SAPPHIRES. I bought it to wear with my diamond, sapphire wedding band and the sapphires are different colors.
