Put a negative in front of the one. Found out my seat was sold the day before my flight but "another seat" was available on the same flight for triple the price. Representative was sarcastic and said they tried contacting me, which they didn't. Shortly afterward I have been receiving a lot of emails from foreigners with very questionable intent. This could be a coincidence but hadn't had those types of emails until I gave them my address.

Tom addressed my questions right away and was able to secure me a flight right away at an excellent rate!

Today is August 21st and I called roaming mood for a flight and Tom was the Agent who assisted me. He was so polite, patient and very professional and also worked hard to get me a great flight.

I had booked my flight with Delta airline. While the flight price change and wasn’t available to me. I got a call back from the agent which I didn’t picked. And when I called back I was connected with Tom. He explained to me the changes in price and was able to look up the cheapest price available within my time. He was very humble and honest about everything. Believe it or not, my next booking, I’m calling him. Thank you much very Tom for your service.

I only give this airline a five because of Alexi. I talked to three people prior to him that were less than helpful and the manager hung up on me. Now I am a human so I will agree that I was upset and was probably a little rude but Alexi stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied with my ticket and times. He bent over backwards for me and it’s people like him who show that it doesn’t matter where your from but being an American is in your heart not your accent. Because of Alexi I will get to go home and see my grandma and my uncles for the first time since I was a kid. A simple thank you isn’t enough to show Alexi how great full I am that he stopped at nothing to make sure I didn’t have to tell me grandma that I wasn’t coming. God bless you Alexi. You should be the boss. If I were to have done my review on the first person I talked to, the supervisor, and the manager I would have left 0 stars. But Alexi deserves no less than 5 of the biggest gold stars I can give him. Thank you Alexi.
