Great product, great price and great service!

I pre-ordered a new Samsung television order online but arranged to collect it from my local store in Southampton. Whilst the television took longer to reach their warehouse from Samsung than I was told I appreciate that this was outside of Richer Sounds control. I was contacted when it was ready to collect and was very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly James, when I arrived to pick it up. He also helped carry it to my car and paid my car parking fee immediately without question. Overall an excellent customer experience and I am happy to have signed up as a VIP member.

What a fantastic buying experience from Richer Sounds, Southampton store. Expertise, customer friendly and genuine intent to satisfy the couple of questions I had, prior to making the purchase. I received my delivery next day and am absolutely thrilled with the Denon mini Hi-Fi and Fyne Audio speakers. Kudos to Paul who couldn't have been more helpful. Good old fashioned customer service at its very best.

Quick, efficient service
Friendly, helpful staff

I was helped by Tom and Rob today - they steered me towards buying quality speakers I am very happy with. Very friendly, amazing customer service. Without their help I would have bought something I would have been less happy with. I will definitely buy from them over ordering online whenever possible.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff with good products available in stock.
Great delivery service included in the very competitive price.

Richers at Southampton helpfully explained how my delivery to the Isle of Wight was going to be managed and what would happen when.
Unfortunately the item was slightly damaged in transit but my options were helpful and they sorted things out for me.
Staff were friendly over the phone and I had a good experience, no hesitation in buying from them again.

I visited the branch in Southampton to collect a portable cd player. The staff where excellent in helping me sort out the Bluetooth connection, unfortunately it did not work, so I was given a full refund of my payment.

The member of staff was knowledgeable and helpful it made choosing the right items easy and straightforward, very happy with the whole experience including the promotion delivery

Excellent service from the initial telephone conversation with Tom in the Southampton branch, through to collection in store when Rob kindly allowed me to unbox and check the DVD functionality before I left.

I didn't want to go into the store as there was a special promo that would end that eve, However, there was lots of useful info about the product online!! So jumped at the chance to buy the turntable. I was kept informed re delivery which thankfully was Royal Mail so no issues there. All in all very happy with my experience.

Super speedy and helpful service - called the sales team, explained what I needed & the budget - they quickly had links for me to check, picked the device that was the perfect fit for the requirement, ordered and delivered quickly.

The focus was very much on what I wanted, not on an upsell and Richer Sounds are a Company I use and trust because it feels like a personal purchase adventure, not a sales pitch.

My click and collect order was available at the branch in less than 24 hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The product was exactly as advertised.

Purchased some KEF speakers with the help of Ben and his colleagues at the Southampton store. Ben arranged an in-store demo and made the whole process super easy. His colleagues were also kind enough to help me load the speakers into the boot of my car. Very good service all round.

I found the information I required on your website and ordered the pvr click and collect. In store service was polite, efficient and friendly, giving me additional information regarding this new model, just been updated following some glitches with the previous model. The excellent service came as no surprise, my husband and I have been customers of yours since 1986 and my father since before then. We would happily recommend Richer Sounds to anyone.

Great service when visiting the Southampton branch. Ben was very nice and helpful.

Great website with honest opinion and reviews. Everything competitively priced as far as I could see. The tv I bought was absolutely update date current technology and from I could find , wasn’t stocked anywhere else. Impressive. Seamless transaction, ready to collect store next day. Thanks loads.

Great purchase from Richer Sounds. James was very efficient and courteous.
Very good experience from start to finish.
