Richer Sounds - Southampton Anmeldelser 

I am not really one for leaving reviews. However, I have recently made a purchase from Richer Sounds in Southampton.
The items I purchased I was very unsure about. I mean it's all new technology to me.
However the purson I spoke to (Marc) was absolutely outstanding in every way.
Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He was nothing short brilliant.

I live on the isle of Wight, we do not a dedicated Hi-Fi store here, so Richer Sounds in Southampton was my store.

Anyone thinking of upgrading or just buying a new piece of kit you must go to Richer Sounds in Southampton. You will not be disappointed.

The pickup cartridge produced a distorted sound and I replaced it with another I already had which improved the sound. This was not easy as the head is not removable.

I pre-ordered a new Samsung television order online but arranged to collect it from my local store in Southampton. Whilst the television took longer to reach their warehouse from Samsung than I was told I appreciate that this was outside of Richer Sounds control. I was contacted when it was ready to collect and was very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly James, when I arrived to pick it up. He also helped carry it to my car and paid my car parking fee immediately without question. Overall an excellent customer experience and I am happy to have signed up as a VIP member.

What a fantastic buying experience from Richer Sounds, Southampton store. Expertise, customer friendly and genuine intent to satisfy the couple of questions I had, prior to making the purchase. I received my delivery next day and am absolutely thrilled with the Denon mini Hi-Fi and Fyne Audio speakers. Kudos to Paul who couldn't have been more helpful. Good old fashioned customer service at its very best.

I was helped by Tom and Rob today - they steered me towards buying quality speakers I am very happy with. Very friendly, amazing customer service. Richers at Southampton helpfully explained how my delivery to the Isle of Wight was going to be managed and what would happen when.
Unfortunately the item was slightly damaged in transit but my options were helpful and they sorted things out for me.
Staff were friendly over the phone and I had a good experience, no hesitation in buying from them again.

I visited the branch in Southampton to collect a portable cd player. The staff where excellent in helping me sort out the Bluetooth connection, unfortunately it did not work, so I was given a full refund of my payment.
