Richer Sounds - Southampton Anmeldelser

I’ve used Richer Sounds for years and years! They’ve always shown the same level of professionalism, mixed with expert knowledge and efficiency. I bought a new TV this time and it was a pleasure to deal with somebody that wasn’t in a call centre and who could organise delivery faultlessly. Even my wife said “are we getting it from Richer Sounds, because they’ve always done us well”. Enough said really. Keep up the excellent work.

Very good service at the store in Southampton After sales service excellent solves all the issues I had Nothing was too much trouble.

I got what I wanted at the price I expected and the service I received was perfect.
THANK YOU

I do not like giving reviews. However, it was a pleasure to be able to speak to sales people who were interested in their products and knew what they were talking about.

Staff member was excellent, listened to what I wanted and advised and refined options. Very pleased with new hifi.

As ever just the best place to go.

A pleasure to do business with

Being able to speak with the staff is always a delight, knowing their deep insight and advice on what to get/what not to get. I remember Rob showed me one of the rooms that had some high end streamer and we listening to Nine Inch Nails. The sound was so amazing, it's beyond comprehension! Plus, it is such a cosy place, they should totally sell some coffee which would be delightful while browsing!

Richer sounds came up with a much cheaper solution to my audio problem than I proposed, - they put the customer first. I'm impressed and pleased with them.

Been buying TV`s and sound equipment from Richer Sounds in Southampton for over 25 years now - never go anywhere else. Always great service, prices and above all product knowledge on each of the products.
James was fantastic at sorting out a small issue we had connecting the new TV to a Sonos soundbar via an "optic lead".

I reserved a Denon tuner/cd player, M41-DAB, which was listed as a clearance item. The response from the Southampton store was quick and I was phoned the next morning and told about the condition of the item - looks like new, they said. So I went into the store the next day and sure enough, it looked brand new, so I bought it. Works great in my bedroom with a pair of Missions. Staff as always helpful and friendly, an absolute pleasure spending money at Richer Sounds Southampton.

It is always an excellent experience dealing with this company. I have dealt with them over many years. The engagement with the staff has always been such that I have never found better. Southampton branch is no exception.

Prompt and very helpful service from staff. Ordered 2 Pure Dab+ Radios on Sunday via normal, not paid for, delivery and they arrived by DPD on the following day!! I have always found Richer Sounds in Southampton very helpful, especially with the recent replacement of my Panasonic problem TV with a smart LG tv - best purchase ever made! Thank you.

Great Service!! Ordered online, arrived the next day. The guy I spoke with was knowledgeable and very helpful making the small purchase pleasurable. Always loved Richer Sounds, superb product range, helpful staff, like proper old fashion shopping.

Good service friendly staff ,had items in stock ,good selection

I called in as I happened to be near the Southampton store, after considering a sub woofer for some while. Ben was terrifically helpful, not pushy, but after checking my needs and current set-up, recommended the Wiim product. That helped my decision and I purchased following day. The difference in soundscape is outstanding, great value too. Cheers Ben, excellent advice.
