Richer Sounds - Prestwich Anmeldelser

Ritcher Sounds sorted my problem out with a speaker I had damaged and even had it delivered to my house

Good website, easy to order new TV. Expensive sound bar included in price. Quick delivery.

Great service, sorted my mistake with the delivery option and we always get a good price and lengthy warranty. What's not to like?

Ellis was great, made sure we got the right TV and stand and also price matched.

Richer sounds have been my 'go to' retailer for sound and vision for many years. Didn't let me down again. Recommended.

Good advice
Next day delivery
Very helpful

I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. I experienced excellent advice and didn’t feel rushed. Despite purchasing at close of day, I was still offered next day delivery. I was kept informed of delivery times and all went well. I hadn’t arranged installation but had a small issue in setting up. I telephoned the shop, again close to closing time and they arranged an installer to come out the same evening.
Outstanding customer care. Plus highly competitive pricing.

Very helpful deciding which products

Absolutely first class service as always from the staff at Prestwich branch

You had the tv there at your store unlike curry's 3o pound delivery next day argos no better no store near me had one in stock you did you won hands down thank you

Staff in store were quick to help, professional and polite. The show room is small but well laid out and it was great being able to see the system in person, even though I already pretty much knew what I wanted. Delivery service was also great.

Great servicer and knowledge,
Very friendly

I googled for a 24 inch TV for my caravan and Richer Sounds showed as the cheapest due to a club deal extra saving by quite a long way and when I checked there was a store reasonably local in an area I was picking something else up from so called in to pick one up but they had sold one the previous day or two and was waiting for stock so delivered one free of charge within 2 days so can't ask for better than that and was served by Andy who was very knowledgeable and customer focused.

Great service really helpful staff

Everything was very smooth and assistance to get the tv to the car, plus a phone call the next day to check if all was well, was very welcome.
Richer sounds are the best

Exceptional and knowledgeable customer service re the choice of two TVs

Delivery was prompt and efficient - also with excellent customer service

What a pleasant surprise to re-experience customer service.
The Richer sounds team (Prestwich) handled my enquiry with patience and expertise. I entered with a question and exited 45 minutes later with a purchase of £400. This wasn't because they sold me something that I didn't need, it was because they sold me something that I didn't realise I needed.
Really pleased with my purchase and recommend a visit for anyone wanting to understand more about sound. The unit, I now have, has increased my immersion into the wonderful world of sound.

We purchased a new tv from richer sounds based on a competitive price and a 6 year warranty, it's now on the wall and looks great.

Great discount on TV. Staff assistance was very good and sorted out a minor delivery error (on their part) and offered a free next day delivery service.

Excellent service.
