My purchase was made over the phone for a replacement for my PVR which had given up the ghost. I made in all two phonecalls - the first gave me advice on which models to consider and the second was the purchase. The advice was given with no selling pitch which I appreciated. The purchase was handled efficiently and delivery was very quick. I installed this myself after phoning for advice on a particular connection point freely given. I was very impressed with the service given.

Felt great to be kept up-to-date on receiving my product (Hisense 43" TV). When I rang up with a query the gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful, although it would have been better if your number was freephone. (As a pensioner, having to ring you is very expensive for me). However, it will be good to be able to contact the company via email, in the future, for repairs etc. Delivery of the TV was very good and the man was very helpful by placing it inside the open door, (rather than just handing it over). I recently purchased a TV from Richer Sounds and dealt with Howie.
The whole process was handled efficiently from start to finish. After providing my details, an account was set up quickly and a payment link was sent through without any hassle. Everything worked first time, which isn’t always the case these days.
Delivery was arranged straight away for the following monday. I received confirmation and was provided tracking information on the day.
What stood out was the straightforward approach. no pressure selling, no unnecessary back and forth, just clear communication and getting the job done and helping when I got the wrong model number of the telly I was interested in
Overall, a very smooth experience and I’d be happy to recommend and use them again.

The Preston branch, from where I received the music system were very knowledgeable about my issue and product. They sussed out the problem and knew that it would have to be returned to the main repair place.

I always use Preston RS when buying a new TV, the staff in Preston are well knowledgeable on all that is TV and what are the best options. decent price as well.

Price quality and service was excellent but what's with the e-mails ' Dear Jemmett ' ???? !!! Is a child typing it ?

I contacted Richer Sounds to see if they would price match a TV I found elsewhere. Not only did they honor the lower price, but they actually gave me a further discount and a much longer warranty than the competitor! The process was incredibly easy; I just filled out a form on their website, and they emailed me shortly after to finalize the deal. I’m over the moon with the service and the value. Don’t shop anywhere else before checking with these guys first.

Having trouble with my hi fi system that I couldn’t resolve Howie branch manager at Preston came over and sorted out also making improve ments to it this is the reason I only shop at Richer sounds for anything hi fi always so on the ball and helpful

Immensely helpful suggestions for a replacement for my cd player, even giving a contact who might be able to repair the old machine.This was not possible so I purchased a Cyrus 40 which I am running in. Thanks to the staff for getting my music back!! And at a good price.

Good communication, delivered the Tv's to branch the next day for pick up. Guys in the Preston store helped carry out the TV's and were good natured and pleasant. Just an overall good experience. Would recommend 5 star

The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful and genuinely want the best for the customer even if that means recommending a lower price option. I have alway used Richer Sounds for my hi-fi ant TV purchases since the early 1990's and will continue to do so! Keep up the excellent work Julian and team!!!!!
