Richer Sounds - Plymouth Anmeldelser

Very helpful assistant, Ben who listened to our TV reqirements and helped us load our car with the TV set.

Really helpful staff, especially Jay who helped me select the best subwoofer for my needs and delivered to my home

Discussing requirements in detail. Options available in store to see. Attitude. Helpfulness. Getting a good product.

Friendly and knowledgeable service and great installation by Shaun.

I'd just been to Curry's looking for a soundbar or bluetooth music speaker that had a mini-jack input... to work with an old TV which didn't have bluetooth, optical or anything other than 3.5mm jack. Curry's were beyond useless with zero product knowledge. I was shocked.
On the journey back to our cottage (we were away from home), we passed Richer Sounds and I decided to go in. Needless to say, incredible customer service and product knowledge and I came away with a simple set of cost-effective active speakers that did the job perfectly. They're now installed in our home kitchen and doing a great job for streamed audio off the iPad... which also still has a 3.5mm jack output. THANK YOU!

Great price, great service and great product. Thankyou

I found Ying very helpful and knowledgeable and the staff friendly, the only complaint I have is I felt the music was a bit too loud for a small shop but I would certainly recommend you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service at the Plymouth Exeter Road branch!I recently visited the branch to purchase some interconnection cables and was served by Yang. He mentioned he was new to the sales team, but you would never have known it. Yang was incredibly helpful and took the time to check his notebook whenever he needed to verify information. It was great customer service, and he is going to be a brilliant asset to the team!
