Great courtesy from Damien and the other members of the team in Oxford. He had provided a selection of options for me to listen to, did not try to upsell, but respected my budget, and we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. I had used Richer Sounds on a previous occasion and their service was as impressive in both instances. Very reasonably priced too. 10 out of 10

Very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff. We had a 1001 questions and they were extremely patient and went above and beyond to make sure we bought the right audio equipment that we wanted for our circumstances. We even ended up buying more than we went in for!

As always when I shop at richer sounds in Botley Oxford I get 1st class helpful info on the item I'm looking for ,I was buying a TV for my campervan & kaz explained all the options available.

Faultless experience from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and refreshingly competent staff at the end of the phone; they quickly confirmed delivery vehicles for restricted access, processed a price match and ensured delivery instructions were passed on. They use a helpful and efficient delivery company that delivered to a countryside location following directions and on time. It is rare to find such a high level of customer service and I would not even consider using anyone else in future.

Quick delivery on time. Cartridge (Ortofon Bronze) fully up to expectations. This is my second one. Even pre Run in period completion this sounds great.

Had a great demo session for 3 different pairs of speakers. Paddy did a proper deep dive on my room set up and musical tastes and was very knowledgeable and informative. After an hour of deliberation, he pulled the rabbit out of the hat with the Monitor Audio Silver 100 7g in gloss black. The most important thing to me was feeling good about my experience and coming away knowing what I'd chosen and the reasons for making that choice. Thanks Paddy and Richer Sounds Oxford.

I spoke to RS Oxford and they helped me decide. Offered next day delivery at a lower price than John Lewis and with six years warranty, again, better than John Lewis
Knowledgeable staff, quick, polite and offered better price.
What is not to like!

It's great to see a UK retailer still providing great service and commitment to good products (when so many have disappeared or gone faceless online). I bought by first hi-fi wiht my Dad aged 16 from Richer Sounds Birmingham who helped me with a sweet, easy going setup for not a lot of money. Over the years I've upgraded my way up the hi-fi chain, with great service from RS all the way at various locations - headphones, speakers, cables you name it. I dropped in to RS Oxford on route to town yesterday expecting to just browse and ended up demoing a few new speakers. Paddy knew his stuff and couldn't be more helpful. I went from looking at sub £1k speakers to fixing on some £2k Neat Petites which I'll be ordering as soon as I raise the additional funds! RS has always given no BS advice, great service and solid prices. Sure, you could look on Ebay or Aliexpress but I'd rather spend my £'s with a bunch that deserve it, safe that I've heard what I'm spending my money on.

Sale staff knew the technical aspects of the tv's and stop us from making an expensive mistake.
