Richer Sounds - Oxford Anmeldelser

I consider RicherSounds to be the "go to" TV retailer having used them before. My recent purchase experience has been exactly as I'd expected - experienced staff, prompt delivery and good pricing.

Excellent service! Order processed by them. Delivered on time. Thanks guys

Exceptional service provided by RS as always. I special ordered a Denafrips Hermes DDC which arrived well within the 4-6 weeks estimated delivery time. My purchase was made by ‘phone in a professional, informative, pleasant and courteous manner. Delivery updates were provided. A win, win for me. A perfect transaction and an amazing piece of digital audio refinement gear.

Great technical advice without being pushed to buy.
Quick response time and delivery. Great to deal with a person not a website.

Product great, as expected and Richer sounds Oxford excellent as usual, and was replacing an older Denon. Unfortunately the ‘feature decal’ that Denon slaps across the front panel pulled off some of the black finish! Gutted, but I’ll live with it.
Update: Paddy @RicherSounds Oxford went above and beyond by reaching out to offer a replacement. It's that kind of customer service that makes RicherSounds outstanding to deal with !

We dealt with Paddy at the Oxford Store. Good advice on OLED type 4HD TVs, purchased a 42" LG.
Prompt delivery and returning our dead TV for recycling, and the packaging for the new one was very easy.

It would help if the delivery guys could unpack and take away the packaging but otherwise first class as usual.

I was kept fully informed about my order, receiving an up to the minute personal call from Paddy when it arrived.

Ash was brilliant- patience and professionalism at their highest standards

Had a problem getting the TV I purchased but they resolved the situation to my satisfaction

A real pleasure to do business with. Spoke to Kaz over the phone for help choosing a soundbar for our TV. Sound advice with no pressure to buy. Then placed an online order over the phone with Ash who was also v patient helpful. New kit arrived within 24 hours and v easy to set up. Highly recommended these guys. Thank you 🙏

I have bought from Richer Sounds for decades. As always the advice given was concise, accurate and useful. Communications were polite but friendly.

Fabulous service from Damian. Monitor Audio Silver 50s (open box) are just the ticket and really appreciate the extra discount given because of a small mark on speakers. Thanks again

Helpfull staff who couldn’t do enough for you, willing to give me the time in store and on the phone to make the right decision what’s best for me.

Superb service and supportive advice from the Manager of your Oxford store.
He was fabulous.
My thanks to him and Richer Sounds. You never disappoint me.
