Ok, there were initial hiccups in delivery due to incomplete address. But the way it was managed in time bound manner by the Richer Sound, Kingston Branch thereafter was simply amazing. Many thanks for ensuring correctness of items. options provided and everything else.

Very helpful telephone chat with manager of Kingston on Thames store. Purchased a Blu Ray player and talked into extended guarantee.
Delivered really quickly but really disappointed that it didn't have the essential HDMI lead with it. If I had been told, in the phone call when I bought it, that it didn't include an HDMI lead I would have bought one. Really disappointed would have given 5 stars.

Friendly and most informative help, pitched at a level for someone (me) with limited knowledge but bringing me forward to understand the basis for making a selection and for me to feel comfortable about making a decision.

Importantly, selling seemed to be focussed not on my maximum spend but on what was best for me and for completing my hi-fi system where it was an inappropriate amplifier that was letting down the quality of sound.

Following the amplifier being brought home and setting-up, we had queries. Carl was immediately accessible and available, and willing to help and set us straight.

We are delighted with the enormous improvement and are thoroughly enjoying records which until this upgrade we were contemplating pensioning off.

I will have no hesitation in again being a customer of Richer Sounds for any further equipment or advice in the future.

Great offer on a fantastic product but it is the first class customer service from Richer which always makes them the first choice for us. Manager Carl resolved an issue with item damaged in transit in record time, making sure we had a new TV in time for Christmas. Thank you!

There is a very welcoming atmosphere at the store from the moment you step in, which felt genuine. The particular store did not had a lot of stock on display, but Callum advised me that all items items are available online and can be collected from the store. I ended up ordering a turntable and a pre-amp. In general the whole service is great, very professional. I also had to contact the sales support as I had an issue with the online and got sorted immediatelly. At the end of the day you can get the same products from other retailers, but the service and the attention they provided is incredible, i would rather buy always from Richer Sounds. You guys won a new customer.

Once again, professional advice from the outset - this time provided by the well informed Terry - which helped me to choose the right TV....

And with the service Liam provides to fit more bespoke items such as wall mounted TVs with necessary channeling for wires etc, I don't think you can beat the overall package Richer Sounds in Kingston offers.

The purchasing on the phone was fairly easy. The delivery was not upto scratch as the firm did not secure the TV as required. The TV was laying flat on the floor of the delivery vehicle and not as was firmly displayed on the packing box.

I ordered a new tv on Monday 8th December from the Kingston store
I was quoted an excellent price by the manager Karl.
I also got a further discount online with a discount code.
The TV was delivered the following day.
Brilliant service.

I ordered my product online to store and was contacted by staff. Parking at rear is impossible but staff were friendly and polite. Have brought from them before and would do so again.

What started off as a disappointment when part of my order was incorrect, and I received the wrong speakers, was soon rectified by Dan, who was very helpful and understanding. Dan demonstrated his expertise, and advised me that my sound system would sound even greater, if I were to change the amplifier I had already selected to his recommendation, which I agreed to, and this proved to be the right choice.
When setting up my new turntable at home, there was a small hiccup upon connecting the speakers to the amp, however this was soon resolved when I called Richer Sounds - Kingston, and spoke to Dan, who walked me through how to complete the set up. Once again, Dan was very helpful and patient throughout the call. My new sound system looks and sounds wonderful, which I’m very pleased about, thank you Richer Sounds - Kingston.

The stand-out is the helpfulness and quality of the staff. They really know their products. They steered me a little from my original TV selection to a better model in the range. The product was sourced quickly and I was told both by phone and email of its arrival in store. Job done!

Fast efficient service easy process to buy

Fantastic experience with the Richer Sounds team at Kingston!
From start to finish they were great!
Having narrowed down a shortlist of suitable candidates from whathifi settled on the Sony Bravia II KR65.
Spoke to the team at Kingston; big thank you to Dan; and having opted for soundbar, rear speakers and subwoofer completed the whole purchase process in a matter of minutes. Absolutely seamless!
Prompt delivery with Dan checking to make sure everything had arrived and was up to my expectations!
Will definitely be paying the store a visit, if only to say thank you in person!

The sales advisor Terry is very knowledgable and made me feel that my custom was much appreciated.
Terry was helpful as did not want to purchase the TV there and then, and he said that when I was ready I was able to call and they would send me a payment link, this was suitable.
upon looking again on the web site I thought that TV was reduced again and asked Terry to change he price from the original quote I had, Terry came back on email and said that this deal was more expensive and the original quote was still valid. Asked for the payment link and this was sent to me, Terry called ma back explaining that the system was running slow and this will be in my inbox shortly.

What great customer service.

Upon purchasing the TV the Free sound Bar was not available upon the collection of the TV, this was not a problem, but Terry said that he will let me know when they arrives to either get delivered or to keep it at store to pickup (I chose pickup). Terry called on the Tuesday after the Saturday saying that the Sound Bar was delivered to the store and he was happy to keep it by until I pick it up.

Upon arriving at the store Terry was not available, so the Manager felt with this and this was brought out to me in the store, and the manager asked if I was ok with taking this to my vehicle, and even said that he will get the door for me.

All the staff in the Kingston branch are so helpful and are professional.
Will recommend this branch and will also be using this branch for all my TV's etc.
