staff kept us informed when our tv would and did arrive and gave great advice and helped out when i had to make a call to the store for help setting up my tv

I have bought so many things from Richer Sounds Hull, I am happy to accept the title of "all the gear , but no idea", I try to get the best even though I am deaf as a post.
The staff are brilliant at making me feel special when I ask the most basic questions, I am sure my phone number has to be answered by who ever is in the bad books at work as a punishment.

Faultless!! The knowledge and service Richer Sounds offers is brilliant, Paul the manager is a fountain of tech knowledge, and his guys in the shop provide a service where nothing is ever too much for them. Sadly not many shops gives this kind of level of service, I won’t go anywhere else to buy my tech. I have to travel over an hour and pass 2 Curry’s on the way to Richer Sounds Hull.

I couldn't fault my experience with Richer sounds. I ordered a new TV and received a great deal with a discount on the TV and a half price sound bar. Joey was brilliant and even supplied a free projector on request when this was added to the available deals within days of my purchase.
