I had a cd player delivered which turned out defective. I contacted Richards who immediately and with no hesitation set about resolving the issue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good knowledge by the staff, they did not push for a sale or to buy an item of higher spec than is needed. Listened to what you wanted and advised accordingly as to what might be best for you.

Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase of a new turntable.

I have used Richer sounds Hull for as many years as I can remember, buying Hifi separates and TVs because of their knowledge, willingness to engage, advise, competitive prices and 6 year warranty.
Now 61 and disabled I rang the Hull store and spoke to their manager of 17 years. I needed a new TV, ad my 13 year old Panasonic plasma TV finally gave up. I listened to the managers advice and explained I was stuck in my chair for the weekend and couldn't get in the store. 6 hours later the manager personally delivered my new TV into my front room. That is understanding my needs and situation. He went above and beyond and I thank him for his personal service to me. My new TV is a Tcl, has fantastic picture and audio.
So, don't go anywhere else just go to Richer sounds Hull (if you live around here),

I received brilliant customer service from all staff at the Hull store. They were really friendly and helped me change the TV I ordered and gave me a discount on the soundbar that came with it and they even offered free next day delivery which was really nice.

Paul was very helpful to talk us through the options of OLED TVs and their features. That gave us valuable information on decision about the TV we have ordered.
Also he informed us of various deals available with the TV and emailed the options and costs in detail.
In addition he was kind to give us a demonstration on their media room of the various sound bar options and helped us compare them.
Very professional and of course they offer the best deals in the region.

We are awaiting the delivery of the goods, delivery is free as well on our purchase.

I like shopping at richer sounds as the people there are friendly and helpful . Before visiting g I had rung as I was looking at a cd player to hook up to my yamaha amp I also needed one that would play recorded cds as my arcam would not after looking on line a d reading reviews I went for a arcam cd5 I did ask if it would play recorded cds and was told if it did not I could return it for a refund . I did buy it it was easy to set up and played all cds 💿 I put in the sound is fantastic i would say better than a lot of high end machines so many thanks again to richer sounds Hull

Initially we opted for a Cello 43"TV for our bedroom. Unfortunately it wasn't on view in the store,(understandable given space constraints) and when delivered and set up it wasn't as good as we thought it might be, and after discussing things decided to call the store.
We returned the TV and went for the more expensive Samsung qled, it's well worth the extra cost, and we're delighted with the quality of the picture and sound.
Many thanks to Laurie, who looked after us initially and on our further visit, for his patience and understanding.
