Matthew Elkins was extremely helpful…
Matthew Elkins was extremely helpful and encouraging but also realistic in supporting my efforts to have a caution deleted. He kept me fully informed of progress and furnished me with expert advice. The result was a full deletion and, remarkably, a handwritten note from the Chief Constable explaining that he was “pleased to remove this one burden overshadowing [my] life”. I only wish I had explored this avenue earlier. Thank you Matthew

Matt Elkins removed my caution
I want to thank Matt Elkins for all his hard work in helping remove my caution. During the time of my caution I was suffering from mental health issues and accepted a false conviction. After two years when my mental health improved I had realised that I made a horrible mistake. The caution has to be disclosed to any potential employer thus many of my job and placement year applications were denied. Luckily Matt is a highly skilled lawyer and was able to remove my caution in only a few months. I am now able to apply to any job and have a been accepted for a placement year. Matt ensured that all the hard work and money I put in to my engineering degree did not go to waste.

Jacqui Callan - Highly professional, highly experienced Lawyer - Thank You!
Jacqui Callan provided myself and my family with a first class service in recent months. She is an extremely experienced and professional lawyer and yet a very personable lady at the same time. This really helps families cope with an unforeseen highly stressful event in their lives. She always gave us expert advice and we are so glad we chose her from many others. The service delivered represents excellent value for money, especially given the high level of expertise you will receive. I would highly recommend Jacqui Callan to anyone needing "very safe legal hands"! Worth every penny - thank you Jacqui!

MATT ELKINS
I count myself extremely lucky to have come across Matt Elkins while trawling through pages of info on the net. I had no idea cautions could be removed but was desperate to undo the injustice. Having never been in this situation I didn't know where to turn. I cannot speak highly enough of Matt. Throughout the process he was reassuring, honest, efficient, patient and succeeded in expunging the caution. It did take a while but Matt kept us informed at all times. He responds to communications quickly and is a true professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody. Thank you Matt.
