Rex Gooding Estate Agents & Surveyors Anmeldelser

From start to finish the team were great and very efficient.

All the staff at Rex Gooding do a really good job, which we are sure is not easy at times. You can't really put a price on efficiency, care, courtesy and commitment, which in our experience, all the staff at Rex Gooding always show.

I would highly recommend using Rex Gooding. The staff are they're main strength. I've found that they take the time to try and help whenever they can, even if it is not something they are dealing with. I've spoken to both the residential and commercial department who have both gone out of their way to help. A good example would be arranging viewings when convenient to us or giving their opinion about commercial units.
A great company to deal with.

Rex Gooding provided reliable, accurate and honest advice from the initial valuation to completion of the sale. They were professional and personable when managing the sale of our family home, which included the production of marketing material and managing viewings and offers.
They exceeded our expectations both in terms of price and service.

Great agent to work with, I sold and brought through Rex Gooding and they were always a pleasure to deal with, professional and kept me in the loop, I would definitely recommend.

We first rented a property with Rex Gooding, which was a really straight forward process.

We then sold a smaller property we owned and bought a new property with them.

We mainly dealt with Amanda who was brilliant. Always on hand to help and deal with the usual problems with selling and buying houses.

We were always kept up-to-date and Amanda went out of her way to make sure we were looked after.

I received pleasant, knowledgeable and effective service.

I have used Rex Gooding a number of times over the years. They are an excellent family run agency with an unrivalled knowledge of the unique local market gained over many years.

We always use the services of Rex Gooding to find new tenants. We have found them to be helpful, friendly and efficient and would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely pleasant but professional people with a refreshing candour in an industry not blessed with similar assets and attributes.

Efficient and friendly service. Always kept informed with the situation of selling my property

Great communication, supportive, helpful and caring staff. Thank you so much.

Rex Gooding absolutely excellent, professional and efficient with a personal touch

Tom and Lucy from the Bingham Office made the sale of our property as painless as could be. They provided "old fashion" service and values with quick, modern communications. We were kept updated on viewings and feedback and, as the property was empty, they took care of everything with no fuss. Thank you so much.

This is a very good company whom I have no hesitation in recomending. Staff have a personal approach and are good to deal with.

Excellent service and very friendly staff.

We sold our property within 24 hours thanks to the professional and efficient service Rex Gooding provided. Offering a more personal approach than your average estate agent, the team were incredibly helpful and managed each step of the process from initial valuation of the property right through to completion of the sale seamlessly. We wouldn't hesitate to use Rex Gooding again!

I went on the market with Rex Gooding on the Monday and by Friday had gone to best bids, photos were great, i got daily reports on viewings and the negotiations afterwards were handled well and easily, thank you.

We have relocated our offices a number of times over the past years and Chloe Gooding's support has been invaluable.
She has found suitable properties and has been very helpful in chasing solicitors and making sure that everything progresses as it should.
Her support has made relocating much easier!

I had a really fantastic great experience selling my home with Rex Gooding Estate Agents. The whole process from valuation to photos and then client management was brilliant and really professional- can't recommend them enough. Their local market knowledge and customer service are second to none!
