Esme was really welcoming and the whole viewing process from booking the viewing to attending ran very smoothly and professionally

Esme was friendly with a professional approach. She had good knowledge of the property.

RexGooding has been very professional and helpful throughout my search for a property, and all staff were very lovely, especially Esme and Stuart. Esme was very helpful and supportive at the veiwings we attended, and Stuart made the whole application process so much easier by answering all my questions and supporting me throughout the whole process.
I would definitely recommend RexGooding, and am very grateful for all the help they have given me.

The property that I rented was handed over to me in great condition and was very comfortable. I never had an issue getting repairs or maintenance done when needed, and they were always completed in a timely manner.
Communal areas of my property were well maintained, including the car parking and garden area.
Staff working at Rex Gooding were consistently polite, helpful and efficient, particularly the head of property manager.
Ending my tenancy was made smooth and easy for me and I felt that final inspection and inventory were conducted fairly.

Great service, helpful right the way from viewing through to our move in. Rex Gooding continue to help with problems and queries with quick responses and helpful solutions

Went into Rex Gooding and had a really positive experience with one of the lettings managers, Emily. We are looking for a property to move into shortly and Emily is being really helpful with our search!

I have viewed a property with Rex Gooding today and they have been fantastic; really friendly and professional. We have viewed two properties with them. The viewings were well organised and all our questions were answered. The application process for the property was online and easy to complete. Our latest viewing was done by Emma Sanderson, who was really lovely and answered all of my questions. I also dealt with Reah Brownlow who organised the viewing for us and helped us complete the application process. Can’t speak highly enough of both of them. A real credit to their estate agency.

Viewed a property with Esme, who was very helpful and answered all the questions asked. She didn't make ne feel rushed and let me look around freely. Would definitely recommend.

We have just viewed a rental property in Radcliffe on Trent with Esme from the West Bridgford office. Esme was friendly, polite and professional and was able to answer our questions.
Emma was also on hand to guide us through the process with the paperwork and answer any questions we had. As a mature couple with limited knowledge of the rental market this was a great help. Thank you to both.

Viewing a rental property with Esme was great, very professional , wasn't rushed around or made to feel pressured in anyway ,we loved the place and put our application in asap ,Reah was very efficient and processed our information super fast , and a little over 48hrs later we were over the moon to find we had been successful and all paperwork and references done shortly after, no messing about like some other Estate agents I have dealt with in the past, I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent a property. Thanks again Paul and Jodie .

Esme brown was very friendly and welcoming. Esme was professional and knowledgeable about the property. 10/10

Went to view a property in West Bridgford and Esme was friendly, very helpful and answered all the questions I had about the property.

As a tenant, Rex Gooding have been great property managers for my 5+ year tenancy. Always prompt and efficient. Thank you!

Thank you to the team and especially James for providing guidance and insight in preparing our property for the rental market. We definitely benefitted from James' thoughtful and professional advice. We would recommend without hesitation.

Lauren at the West Bridgford branch was absolutely outstanding in progressing the purchase of the property we were buying. She communicated with me every step of the way, was thorough, diligent and professional. She showed the upmost care and I honestly could not recommend her more highly.

The team at the West Bridgford branch have been outstanding in managing the recent sale of my property. Friendly, courteous and professional, Amanda initially and then Lauren were both brilliant. They communicated with me every step of the way and were always on hand to answer any queries or respond to concerns throughout the process. Each stage of the sale was dealt with efficiently, confidently, so the experience as a whole was made much less stressful than it could have been by knowing my property was in safe and professional hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommended and use again in the future. Thank you Rex Gooding West Bridgford 😊

Sold our house in West Bridgford. Superb support and very proactive, working hard to keep a complex sale on track to completion. Good local knowledge, quick to respond to queries and showed excellent empathy throughout the process. Highly recommended.
