Has been 5 weeks and still pending to receive this order. Have been told I can not get a refund until 3 more weeks of waiting. Do not recommend at all!

Excellent easy to assembly quality is good ,shipping on time very good company I want buy a new lenses for my maui Jean, I can't put a picture of both of my glasses sorry maybe the next time when I had the option in the app

So … They never arrived so I asked for a reshipment as they were taking a very long time to arrive and received very good customer service regarding getting a replacement pair reshipped. I was happy with the customer service. I was not happy that my original order never arrived. The reshipment has not arrived yet. So I asked for a refund and was promptly refunded my payment minus the shipping cost.
I have now received an order and of something similar to what I ordered, but unfortunately they arrived damaged.
I’m very unhappy with the product described and on display online at your store. They were also definitely not mirrored as you can see in the photos it’s clearly see through.

I have attached some pictures of the received product to this email for your reference. I hope that you will rectify any further issues for future customers.

So I initially said that I didn’t get the shipping cost returned, that was my error for not checking to see that the shipping cost was free.
That’s a little beside the point as RAVANT offers products for sale on their website and never delivered on their obligations. If I needed a banking system to hold my money for months and then return it to me I would have used one of the financial associations for doing that in Australia, I wanted lenses that was all.

They are poop!! They all delaminate!!
I had 2 pairs delaminate, complained and my replacement pair didn’t even fit properly, and also delaminated!!
I’ve spoken with many other customers with the same experience… Absolute rubbish!

Brutal shipping and customer service. Ordered on July 4th and arrived today July 26th. A week after I ordered I received an email from “Jason” the founder of the company saying that due to large order volumes and a broken machine my order will be delayed…. When I questioned customer service, Kaylah told me that once the package is with their “trusted courier” DHL everything is out of their hands. I received a tracking number the day after this conversation. If your logistics provider dictates a large portion of your business, get a better one. I ordered these lenses for a trip and they came the day after I left. GARBAGE! Buy Oakley replacements and skip the headache. Looks like this place spent too much on marketing and not enough on operations, client care and logistics!

The shipping time to get just a single pair of lenses from Oregon to Arizona is as bad as I have ever seen in this industry. I went to chat and the customer service rep told me this is their busiest time of year, lol. Really? Even busier than the holidays? Really good product but the customer service is horrid, and thats being kind. I will not place another order with this company. The absolute worst customer service. They NEVER answer the phones, take days to respond to emails, and takes a week or more to even get a product shipped. If there was a space for ZERO stars I would have given Zero.

At this stage, I can only comment on my customer experience, not the product itself, as it has not been tested.
My experience engaging with Revant has been very positive. When I had an issue with delivery, their communication and support was great and a solution reached promptly and efficiently. The parcel also arrived very well packaged.

Similar issue to several others. Lenses have delaminated making them unusable. Poor quality Oakley replacements.

Lenses are plastic and of low quality compared to original.

Also a very close but don’t fit my sunglasses (even though I spent a long time making sure the model listed was correct)

I have read a few of the 1 star reviews and there are a few complaints about customer service.
My experience was outstanding. Koi who I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and the best customer service experience I have had in months.

The lenses are excellent and just as good as what my Ray Bans were like when I first purchased them.

I will be back for more!

I provided all the data located on my frame accurately but received replacement lenses which were too small. I returned the incorrect lenses after reverifying the frame data and including it with my lens return and received the same incorrect sized lenses. Tom Forde Order # 825245 Thanks .

very pleased. they work, they look good. be sure to identify your frames prior to ordering your lens. oakley have made a number variations to their half jackets and straight over the years.

Fair price, pretty quick shipping to NZ and instructional video on YouTube from them made switching the lenses safe and quick. Bit like insurance, you hope not to use them - but when you do, they're great!

Lenses came on time and quickly and were of high quality. Had issue getting the old ones out of the stiff Rayban frames and emailed them and they were quick to reply and even offered to pay if I needed to bring them into an optometrist to assist. Once in the frames the lenses seem of high quality and comfort. Great customer service, well priced.

I ordered the revant optics lenses for my oakleys and after about 11 months both lenses bubbled up and now I can't see through them without major distortions, like looking through water droplets. They are useless now and when I requested the warranty replace them they denied me and said they were out of warranty because I called after 12 months and then they suggested I buy a more expensive pair from them at full price and they told me they were less likely to distort because they were more expensive. That is unacceptable, the pair they sold me should have been functional but they were not after 11 months of normal and careful use. Faulty product and no refund. I'll never recommend them.

I recently purchased lenses for my Oakley Latch sunglasses from Revantoptics.com. I needed some lighter lenses for the fall/winter months and selected the Flash Bronze Polarized lenses. I easily found the lenses I needed and was able to compare the different tints using the cool filter on the website. The purchasing experience was quick and the lenses arrived within 2 days! I was also emailed a video showing me how to remove my old lenses and install the Revant lenses. The install was easy and the lenses are perfect for winter. Thanks REVANT!

Brutal Customer Service.... I was shipped the wrong lenses after reachIng out ( and sending photos) of my glasses to get the right ones. This issue is because I am in Canada they will not pay the return shipping. The company is happy to accept orders from Canada but when there is an issue it appears that they don’t mind burning off a Canadian customer for $10 shipping. I simply did not have the confidence that they would get it right the next time and I would be out another $10 to return the lenses. Still waiting on my refund.

Went searching for a coupon online for Revant and found one....tried to use it when purchasing lenses for my Ray Ban aviators--NO GO! Told in detail about the problem with Nick@customerservice. Got an answer...."what was the code?""I don't recall having any agreement with ....." There was NO CODE! Bad phillips screwdriver and ill-fitting lenses. I can see daylight in the edge(s) of both lenses...they don't fit & the curve is all wrong. The phillips screwdriver didn't work either. ALL FAILS by Revant. No answer to my email complaint, so I'll use social media reviews to send up a flare so others won't buy Revant Garbage Products.
