Retroactive Arcade Anmeldelser

Everything I ordered was great, however I did loose one of the little metal bits that hold the joysticks together, it would be cool if you guys sent an extra one or two I think that would really help customers :D

Very quick with the delivery, shipped exactly what I needed.

The ordering process was nice and the shipping was good. The product, while attractive and full of very fun games, did not withstand regular use. Screws tore out of the particle board cabinet, causing the volume controller and one joystick to fall inside. There is no repair or return option, unfortunately, so I'm forced to find a way to fix the joystick and the volume controller myself. Since I live in a small community without electronics support, we have had to make do with a broken machine. Retroactive Arcade seems to be owned and operated by nice people, but they don't have the capacity to adequately deal with service needs out of their immediate area.

I need the games upgraded to 3D for my grand children.
I would also like the fast ms pack-man to be loaded onto it somehow.
Love the machine but I need upgrades

Had my unit for over a year now. Great quality. Very happy.

I left a review on google but will leave another. These guys are top notch. Above and beyond customer service nobody should hesitate to do business with them.

My experience with RetroActive Arcade Ltd. was excellent and exactly what I hoped for. I asked questions by email and they responded very, very quickly. The product was in stock when they said it would be and it arrived when they said it would. I’m happy with the quality of the 60-in-one multicard I ordered - all the games play well and look great. I’m also thrilled that there is a Canadian company that not only sells arcade parts and equipment, but also has good customer support and online resources. When I need more parts, I’ll be looking to them.

Excellent product and craftsmanship. Great communication along the way. I have a custom designed machine that is the envy of my friends.

Casey was very patient with all my questions and helped me with what I needed to restore my own machine. I am very pleased with the level of customer service they provided.

Always great service and very helpful when I call and ask questions. Orders always shipped on time
