Honestly, such excellent service. Really clear communication ahead of the visit and then great service during the visit, taking the time to explain what was wrong with the oven and why.

Ben was very prompt in arriving at 7am. Identified the fault very quickly and repaired it within 20 minutes.

The engineer was polite did the work well.

Received a call 10 minutes prior to arrival as agreed.
Engineer was courteous & quick to pinpoint fault. Replaced item & left all tidy.

Over the years i have been receiving Service Engineers. I have never come across an Engineer so thorough and skillful like the Washing Machine engineer you sent to me last week. He was also very skilled customer forcussed and customer centered. He is an all rounder. It took him less than 15 minutes to deassemble a whole washing machine/drier and 10 minutes to assemble it back with a slight error.
I believe he is an asset and should be treated with the resoect he deserve.

The engineer was professional and explained everything he was doing.

The first engineer we had was rude. He called to say there was no parking even though there were a few houses down the road, made us move our car so he could have our space rather than walking a few doors down. He then refused to pull the dishwasher out saying there was a pipe underneath, even though the base was above the pipe. He wouldn’t order the part until Hubbie begged him too either and then asked that he pull the dishwasher out before an engineer came back. His manner was offish, unhelpful and rude, as though everything was too much trouble.
Next engineer came back 5ish days later with the part who was a really nice guy, no issues at all, fixed the part within 5 mins offered to push the dishwasher back too, complete opposite to the first engineer.

Joe provided outstanding service from start to finish. He quickly identified the problem with my dishwasher, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and took great care with his work.

It's rare to find someone so reliable and knowledgeable. The dishwasher is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an honest and skilled engineer.
