Engineer arrived on time
Engineer arrived on time, and was friendly, courteous, and capable. He diagnosed the problem and, amazingly for our over ten year old machine, had the appropriate parts on his van. Fixed and tested within an hour.

Friendly service and was able to fix my washing machine as the information given before the visit was helpful in knowing what parts to bring to be able to fix the machine without having to have parts ordered on first visit

The Engineer was very courteous and knew what was required to fix the machine, obviously it’s to early to say whether the machine continues to operate normally, hopefully the clothes won’t have marks on them now that the machine has a new drum.
