Call-out was scheduled very quickly, arrived well within the time slot and completed the works in a timely manner. Gave good advice on how to avoid issues in future. Very pleased with the service.

My dishwasher was not draining waste and I was suffering, in 2 days they sent an engineer and he fix it for me.

The engineers that came out today were excellent. However the organisation of the visit was frustrating in that only certain days of the week for my postcode were offered and therefore I wasn’t able to get an appt for a Friday which is my day off work. Also I had no real say in whether I wanted an early morning or late morning appt- the order of the visits for the engineer within an am time slot. were dependent on what suited the company and not the customer

The Engineer was very prompt , cordial , friendly and knowledgeable regarding the product. Excellent communication and from us above and beyond. Thank you very much for everything.

The gentleman that came to fix our oven was kind and well mannered. Although he missed the piece we requested, it wasn't his fault, more of the misunderstanding of the operator when i called. He will send the spare part by post.

We were able to organise the repair very quickly. Contractor came early, was charming and everything was fixed by 8am which was ideal. I couldn't recommend this service more.

After some trouble in booking appointment to service my oven, everything else was excellent. Simon, their servicemen, came within expected time, quickly found (unusual) fault, ordered a new part and booked me for another visit. Today he arrived again within the expected time with the new part, quickly replaced it, and tested the oven. Very happy with the experience.
