Fixed our problem quickly
The company did exactly what they said they would. They gave a timeslot the previous evening. The engineer phoned 15 minutes before arrival. He was helpful and personable. He listened to our description of the problem before swiftly diagnosing it, fixing it and testing the fix. Great experience.

Honestly, such excellent service. Really clear communication ahead of the visit and then great service during the visit, taking the time to explain what was wrong with the oven and why.
