Contacted support for our C1 camera, because I couldn’t connect to it anymore. After receiving support mails now and then for about a month, the conclusion is the firmware isn’t supported anymore and you can’t use the camera anymore.
Never had such bad product support that after only 5 years a product is unusable. I have a 15 year old webcam that still works like a charm. Nevermind the fact that while the camera was still “supported” it didn’t work half the time…
I would advise people to look at other brands when considering this type of product. And Resideo, please… Get your sh** together and make sure you give a decent product lifetime.

Angela is brilliant!
I moved in to my home nearly 3 years ago and was just baffled and could not get the app on my phone for the Honeywell thermostat. I was so frustrated and thinking I would just have to buy another one as it was already registered. After emailing thinking this is the last resort and thinking no one would really help I was promptly contacted by Angela!! I can not believe how I had left it for so long this was resolved within 2 days only because of me though as I was giving wrong info!! (Ref 15132236)Please please please do not ignore and not pass this message on. We are unfortunately in a stage in the world where people will not help unless you pay but you have restored my faith in the world. Didn’t need to pay. And Angela is an absolute credit and asset to you. Thank you again! Am so grateful!

Nice!
I'm surprised by the Customer Service I received from Resideo. I didn't even purchase anything from them.
I moved into a house with Honeywell Thermostats that are confusing to program. I got so desperate, I emailed Honeywell UK Customer Service and ended up being answered quite quickly by 'Micheal'.
Solved the problem in one email for someone who was never technically a customer...Nice!

Excellent suport of Honeywell Evo Home Heating System
I had to contact Resideo (uk) re my Honeywell Evo Home Heating system support - which is provided by Resideo. All I can say is that they were excellent, even after 4 years of owning the product the support was some of the best I have ever received for any product. Fantastic product knowledge and technical expertise. Thank you Resideo, but specifically thank you to Steve in the UK Evo Home technical support.
