Me encantó este apartamento!
Buena ubicación y la limpieza excelente.
La comunicación es muy buena.

La comunicación era rápida y el apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia.
De todas formas regresaríamos!

Tengan mucho cuidado con la devolución del depósito fianza.
Mi experiencia fue terrible y frustrante después de haber rentado por 90 días un departamento casi 3000 euros Al final me acusaron de robarme dos sartenes y un hervidor de agua además de cobrarme la reparación de una la lámpara de papel cabe mencionar que los sartenes y las demás cosas que decían que me robe eran bastante viejas y yo viaje en avión era simplemente ilógico y ridículo que me llevaría algo de cocina y pagar equipaje extra. Yo confié en l empresa y me fui de ahí como
Me indicaron cerrando y dejando la llave.
Para cualquier persona que se atreva a rentar con ellos, entregen el
Departamento personalmente y revisen el inventario.
Oh además era un departamento para 3 personas o más y viví ahí sola más de la
Mitad del tiempo y el resto fuimos dos y nos cobraron exceso de agua, luz, limpieza.
Pffff abusivos abusivos. Tengo todo el relato por email

Ich habe über Ferienwohnungen-Direkt eine Wohnung in Barcelona reserviert. Bereits am nächsten Tag habe ich die Wohnung storniert. Trotz mehrmaliger schriftlicher Bitten eine Bestätigung der Stornierung erhalten reagierte Stay U-nique mit einer E-Mail, dass ich bitte den Buchungsvorgang fortsetzen soll. Nun habe ich mehrmals versucht über Ferienwohnungen-Direkt eine Stornierung zu erhalten, zuletzt um festzustellen, dass ich mich im System von Stay U-nique immer noch im Buchungsvorgang befinde. Sie wollen nun erneut Stay U-nique zu einer Reaktion bringen. Der Mitarbeiter vom Telefon-Kundenservice erzählte mir, dass diese Vorgänge nicht untypisch für Stay U-nique seien und ich mein Konto im Auge haben sollte.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Sant Cebria De Vallalta. The house, the garden and the pool were really nice and well maintained. The communication with the agency was really good. They answered quickly to our questions and were really kind. We recommend them 100%!

Lamentable tratamiento de la devolución de las fianzas depositadas. Denotan poca profesionalidad.
Primero cobran unos extras de limpieza abusivos sin acreditar el coste. Gastos de suministros variables según su criterio, cuesta trabajo que te enseñen las facturas.
Todavía no nos la han devuelto. Tendremos que ir al Ayuntamiento y a la Agència l´habitatge.

Muy buena experiencia. Ideal para visitar Barcelona.

They answer quickly and are always there for you

We really wanted to stay in one of their apartments in Barcelona but were very disappointed to learn that due to the corona situation we couldn't go after we booked. We booked with no cancellation fee, but they were kind enough to give us the full refund anyway!

This company provides a very good service, transparency and is always there to help with all you question. I highly recommend staying at their apartments.

Very good service and very fast in replying to any question.
The apartment is very well equipped and it felt like home for the 10 days we stayed there.

SCAM COMPANY. The worse company I've ever deal with. Completely scam, never ever think about rent any house with them, you will lose money and they will never get your deposit back.

I'm waiting for over 30 days for my deposit, and when I reached them out they tried to SCAM ME making me pay for items that were already damaged at the house (and I have photos to prove it! Photos that were taken by them!). Such a horrible company! I moved from the apartment because they weren't professional to assist us with ANYTHING!

Don't fall for the marketing or labels, they are the worst and the apartments are not high quality! Don't lose your money, time or patience. If you are moving to Barcelona, look for serious business with serious and professional people.

I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK! And I will take legal action against this company!

Tuvimos ocasión de alojar a familiares y el trato fué excelente y rápido. No coincidimos con ningúna persona (lo cual, en tiempos de Covid, se agradece), pero respondieron siempre ràpida y eficazmente a nuestras consultas. El piso era amplio, limpio y bien ubicado.
