Reliable Property Group Anmeldelser

I am pleased with the services from Reliable. Very organised team, helping to book the survey quickly and advised me about the property conditions on the same day. Thanks to the team - Jordan Lee-Hixon, booking agent Monique Harmon and Kim Ding for producing the survey report.

manage to send my report back in the same day very reliable company friendly surveyor and team thanks again.

Good service and extremely quick turn around.

It was very easy to arrange online and pay for the survey which was a good price compared to other surveyors.
The appointment to view the property was arranged very quickly and it took place within 10 days of arranging the survey.

The survey took place on the appointed day and the report was received that evening. Very fast and efficient service.

The report was easy to read and understand it covered all points needed to satisfy me that the property was a very good purchase.

The report covers many things and included photos which other surveyors do not include. The points raised to advise on issues was very helpful.

Very happy with report
Thank you :)

Josh was brilliant, he provided a comprehensive survey and was there to answer any questions I had, very impressed.

Thank you.

Appreciated the thorough survey and valuation from Reliable, and really appreciated John the surveyor taking the time to have a phone call with me afterwards to discuss in detail the points he'd flagged. Made this stressful process a little bit easier, and did so while beating some of their competitors pricing. Good choice if you need a survey done.

Great team - Kim Ding was wonderful and very detailed :)

We chose to do a survey very (very) late in the day and rpg managed to book us in within a couple of days & get the report back to me the day after the survey. Really helpful, explained everything very clearly and the report was very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

The survey report was very detailed and easy to read.

Great service by the team and Kim, the surveyor was great with her communication. Not to mention a very competitive quote compared to all the other survey firms I had received quotes from. Definitely highly recommended and would use again for future purchases.

Best home survey experience I have ever had. The report was thorough and delivered within a couple of days of the survey and the follow-up discussion with the surveyor was extremely helpful -- with the offer of a further discussion if necessary. Reasonably priced, incredibly efficient. I would highly recommend.

We needed a level 2 survey on a property as soon as possible. Kim carried out the survey and produced the report very promptly. She was very professional and gave great advice replying to any follow-up queries I had quickly and was very organised and hassle-free. Had a really good service provided by Reliable Property Group.

Easy booking process, great value and very impressed with the survey and information provided by the surveyor, Kim.

Kim Ding surveyed the property I'm in the process of buying within a week of my request and quickly delivered a detailed report which makes me more confident on the state of the property and aware of existing defects.
