You ordered a 46mm metal bezel for £6.95, as clearly stated in both the product title and order confirmation. It seems there was a misunderstanding, as you were expecting a Samsung smartwatch worth over £60. While we understand that mistakes can happen, it doesn’t seem fair to penalize us for an error in your purchase and expectations.

Inutile perdita di tempo.
Ho acquistato un iphone ricondizionato, a un paio di giorni dal mio pagamento ricevo una mail dove mi informano del rimborso effettuato, ho chiesto spiegazioni chiamando il centro assistenza ma non hanno saputo dirmi perchè il venditore non ha spedito l'oggetto da me pagato. Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero messa in contatto con lui ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta. Prima e ultima esperienza con oggetti ricondizionati online, ero già titubante, questa situazione mi ha ulteriormente allontanata.

Was a little late on delivery and a change to the colour of the phone that I requested first of all but everything was quickly communicated to me and resolved very professionally, I'll definitely use them again in the future for my phone's and also my children's, thank you again x

Pleased customer AGAIN.
Once again I am very pleased with the rapid fast service (literally delivered the next day, christmas week) and high quality of item (refurbished smart watch). Physically as good as new but less than half the price.
