I gave BA Holidays a poor review a couple of days ago via REEVOO - BA say 95% of people five then GOOD reviews via REEVOO. Well my review has disappeared... Pretty much explains the 95% good reviews! Don't bother using REEVOO. Rubbish.

I wrote a review about a stay at THE CART BARN, that I stay in July this year. I booked it through Cottages.com
I do not recommend this place at all.
I gave a bad but honest review and I noticed it has not be published.
The owner kept my deposit and Cottages.com did nothing about it.

They asked me to write a review for a cottage, which i did. They didn't even bother putting it up. What's the point? It was a positive review too for the property hosts, so it's they who will lose most from the lack of "service".

Booked an apartment in Sept via cottages.com who do reviews via Revoo. The apartment in Filey would have been excellent but it wasn't particularly clean. I did a review as pushed to do by the owner and I gave an honest report of 7.0 with details of the poor areas and a note that it would have been a score of 9 or 10 if cleaned well. Revoo have not published my report yet there are several reviews giving 10s, including one which mentions the sea view from the apartment. There is NO sea view from the Upper Rooms apartment. I think that this is a fake review along with others. Its not as if my review was slagging them off, I clearly stated what cleaning was needed. Google cottages.com and Revoo and see what you find.

Bought a Habitat gaming bed for my Grandson and it is a pile of £350 over priced garbage! How Habitat has nerve to charge £350 for what looks like about £40s worth of MDF baffles me, I guess you are paying for the name. I won't be touching Habitats products with a ten foot barge pole in future!

They have published a review left by a guest without including the response from me, the owner. This has been put on the website for the accommodation without the response that addresses each issue resulting in a biased and unfair review.

Left a review using Reevoo who have informed me to address my comments as they were negative review for a recent break away/ cottage stay before they can publish on the site.
people should know about honest negative things so that they can make their decision whether to stay or not. Not hide the truth like Reevoo are trying to do

I was asked to take part in reviewing some products for Reevoo. I often write reviews for products and service anyway so why not I thought and I was told I might get to keep some of the products. First product, an expensive security camera system arrived and first review supplied which was not positive and I left a poor review and returned the product as I was asked but despite contacting the firm several times for the return postage which was promised and costly due to the value of the product I have received nothing. Now the company in question is ignoring my emails for payment. Not a good experience and will not be taking part any further

My review which would clarify for others just how dire certain white goods are which are now not working after just 3 weeks from delivery, and to avoid them at all costs as more trouble than they are worth as yet still hasn't been published. What a surprise.

They won't publish my reveiw. About Mercedes Lakeside. Apparently they have connections with the company and any negative review they will refuse through automated filtering system at revoo... This means all the reviews at Reevoo are biased and unreliable..... never use them.

We recently sold our campervan to this company and after giving an honest, detailed description, were given a firm price of £2000 cash. On collection we were offered £500, the arrogant young man saying he knew nothing of the firm offer. We finally settled for much less than the original offer just to get rid of him. He knew nothing of the cash we were supposed to receive and would only do a bank transfer which took him two attempts to process correctly. We filled in the DVLA paperwork (which he did not know how to do) and posted our bit off. We have today received a letter from the DVLA saying the vehicle is still registered in our name which we have now sorted out. We found details of the Company in the Caravan and Camping Club ads.

Acorn barn, Froggethorne, Yorkshire. Brilliant stay in the heart of the countryside. Loads of walks, wildlife & peace & quiet. Owner, Anne, very knowledgeable & easy to contact. Cottage very comfortable & a proper dog friendly garden area. Kitchen small but as cooks, able to make a full Sunday lunch for 5. Local pub and Indian, just over a mile away,a real bonus. Nearest Fish & chip shop & Chinese, 4mils away at Holme are brilliant. Book & enjoy a bit of me time x

Since starting with these cowboys 3 months ago , i have been left without milk 3 times , delivered wrong order , not collected bottles for recycling , have contacted customer services on numerous occasions and made all sorts of assurances that service would improve , but again last week no milk , put a complaint in to customer services , 4 days later no reply , do not get duped into using this company they are not worth the space .

Just returned from a expensive Caravan Holiday at the worst kept park I have ever visited
Apart from the refurbed caravan that was a private let the rest was so so poor.
Small dated club house , poor food and running out of drinks , outside area consisted of six tables that was used as the smoking area. Run down inside pool (no slides) overcrowded and a tiny outside pool, the amusement area was pathetic with about 10 machines and half of these not working. Park not well kept with bins overflowing and spilling out (not emptied in the week that we were there)
Only good side was the staff who were very polite and helpful, let down by poor management.
No wonder you have to write to Parkdean to complain directly , there email box would overload otherwise .

Bitterly disappointing holiday.
We booked this lodge because 2 members of our party are disabled and we needed accommodation on one level.
There was no one to greet you on arrival. I received a text to say the key was on the coat rack.
The lodge was of average cleanliness. My husband had to clean the windows to be able to appreciate the views - one of the nicer parts of the location.
The main shower was walk in but because of the design it soaked the floor.
There were very few facilities. No towels,(so we had to go and buy them) no toilet rolls, no toiletries but plenty of cleaning products.
We had to strip the beds when leaving and segregate into specific bags.
You also have to take your rubbish down to the bins at the roadside.

Dogs are allowed which you pay £25 per dog for. The day following our stay we received a text to say our dogs had pee’d in all the bedrooms (as we left all the doors shut I can’t quite fathom that one) and an additional £50 was requested for cleaning. Mmmmmm………… what was the initial £50 charge for?
Certainly no facilities for the dogs. No bowls, treats, dog beds, poo bags - all of which we get as standard elsewhere. Even France & Italy gave us these as standard for the dogs. Our dogs have travelled the world. We have stayed in 6 star hotels and have never been accused of anything. On the contrary, we always are complimented on how well behaved our dogs are. As for fowling anywhere, that has never happened!
We were accused of leaving the dogs unattended. The owner had “checked on the Friday night”. The one and only time we left them for 5-10 mins tops as our friends had got terribly lost trying to find the place and we went into Strachan to find them and direct them back to the lodge. I thought for 5-10 mins that would not be a problem as Strachan is only 5mins away! After all we leave them at home and NEVER have fouling!
So your every movement is being watched!
There is no phone signal snd the internet is like the early days of dial up. A major problem for a business owner!

The area was lovely - if you like hills. There are some nice places to eat. But the accommodation was a caravan holiday at Gleneagles prices!

What is the point of Reevo? I tried to leave a warning review about a holiday cottage (Mabley at cottages.com) having a serious child-safety issue and there was no means of posting it! I'm worried and disgusted by this crafty omission.

I wrote a review for Cottages.com about Whitwell Cottages The Old Chapel which has not been published. The review was not negative but also not positive just pointing out that very few windows open so it is stuffy and there were problems with the hot water. It seems that only glowing 5 star reviews are published.

I am disgusted after recieving an email from Reevoo stating they can't publish my review of Hoseasons as its more like a complaint? Yes it's an honest review of the poor service I received! This is a rigged and poor review site and should not be trusted. It seems they only want specific information in their reviews. Disgraceful and should be regulated.

Submitted a review on a really poor holiday accommodation, it wasn’t abusive, it was factual. They declined to publish it, saying it was subjective! Aren’t they all. Now it makes sense - there are only 17 reviews over 5 years for the property. They only publish positive reviews. Can’t be trusted. If they published more honest and a broader range of reviews, it would save so much heartbreak and flush out unscrupulous holiday agents.

I have written a review on a cottage from cottages.com and it has not been published. I believe it is because it is not a favourable review, they did however publish another review of a cottage that was a favourable review.
