Shipment arrived smashed open with a hole in the side and no packing paperwork, due to the hole. Not a worthwhile response to be seen from the company, and not a company worth supporting in my experience.
Life expectancy 2 months
Bought a pair of sandals and two months later they are not holding up well. I emailed regarding the leather falling off the front strap and was told it's normal wear and tear. After 2 months. Co sidering the price they should be made better. I was offered a 20% off coupon to spend more money on shoes that don't hold up longer than 2 months. No thanks!

We went to i-reef today for the first time and what can I say 10/10...the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable, the shop is clean tidy spacious ..they have information on every fish/coral in the shop and you can email yourself the info you need at a touch of a button , what a great feature that is ... we got offered a hot drink as soon as we walked in.ste is extremely knowledgeable and katie thank you for the info on my sea horses great help .. we was lucky enough to meet one of the owners who was nothing but lovely and is going out of his way to help us with our tank when we move house , thankyou this place will absolutely be our go to in the future , emma &daz

I love the shoes I got. I had to add a hole to the strap as they were quite tight around the ankle but no problem!
What I didn’t like was that I placed an order using a coupon code. The way cancelled the order and said they were sold out. I reordered immediately as the size was still shown on. Of course, I couldn’t use the coupon at this point as it was invalidated after first order. No shock - the order went through. So they cancelled me when I had a coupon. Then allowed me to purchase at full price. Seems quite dishonest

I bought a pair of clogs @ 95- dollars in a size 6! Well they were way too loose as I could walk out of them.. So I called Reef as I needed to return them not exchange them going smaller was going to make them fit me any tighter. So I have no idea why the guy I spoke to lied and said I want a size 5- as when he mentioned I specifically told him NO!! My in home nurse heard me talking to this liar. 🤥 So I called them back and got this very rude lady I told her exactly what I said, but she basically called my a liar! Another co. Treating me like crap all due to her reading what the liar wrote down! I told her my nurse heard me say no! But I don’t care anymore they want me to go through the hassle of printing out a label, I have no printer, why should I fix their screw up! Called my bank and disputed the charge! If co. Keep making mistakes and doing nothing to make it right I will never shop w/ them again! I’m sick of it all. You screwed me this is what you get

Never Delivered, Never Refunded
Ordered a pair of shoes for delivery via standard mailing, which ended up being USPS. Input the correct address, one that USPS delivers to weekly. Received an email saying to expect it May 9th and a second update with a time window on May 9th. Package never arrives. No further information provided. I had to call USPS and they informed me it was being shipped back to origin. Reef never refunded me, never followed up re resending, never sent an email to confirm their merchandise was received, nor for a customer review. When I finally found the time to call Reef's customer service number, I waited to speak with a rep who was dismissive and unsympathetic. Her only answer was "we don't have an automated system". The shoe I ordered was resold to someone else. I received no apology, no accountability for Reef's failure to uphold their end of the bargain, nor acknowledgement that they have zero interest in refunding you unless you chase them down. Terrible customer service. Incredibly disappointed in their business model and customer service. Also, very suspicious that they don't have reviews on their own website nor anywhere else besides here.

My wife and I spent $330 on Reef’s website during the Memorial Day sale. A week passes and my wife asks where the shoes are as we have a trip coming up. Checking the shipping details from “Delivery Direct,” a shipping company known for losing orders, I see my order has been at the airport nearby for 6 days. I first tried to call Reef, but never got to talk to a person—the same 10 second loop of hold music will haunt my nightmares after hearing it for god knows how long.
After that, I’ve sent multiple emails to both Reef and Delivery Direct. Almost a week later and neither company has responded. Seriously…a week of being ignored when they happily have $330 of my money.
Luckily for me, Amex doesn’t play those games and has already credited my account. I’ll never buy from Reef again. They might have saved a penny by using a third rate shipping company, but have lost a dollar in return. FAFO Reef.
RUN FROM REEF
Reef customer service is awful. I tried to exchange a pair I had purchased. After tracking down every receipt known to man and jumping through hoop after hoop, I was offered a $20 gift card. Because I had tried them on and worn them for less than 2 hours. Which they knew BEFORE having me gather all the information. Information I had to gather from multiple people from hundreds of miles away because I had bought them on vacation. Did I mention that the reason I was returning them is that the straps immediately cut into both of my feet. Actual cuts that are now scars. There are tons of options out there for similar products. Any of them are better than this company.

DO NOT ORDER they send you the wrong size shoes . Ordered a size UK 5 Euro 38 US 8 . They sent me UK 4.5 Euro 37.5 US 7 label says these details and the label inside the shoe . Sent them an email and images and was accused as I ordered the item 2 years ago this was the reason , unbelievable. They then said there was a sticker issue on the box that they were aware off . Not true , excuses excuses excuses .
Took my money, never delivered the merchandise, refused refund
Beware of ordering Reef sandals through third party sellers like Amazon. They take your money, do not send the sandals, tell Amazon they were sent, then hide behind the third party seller to avoid delivering the merchandise you paid for. Stealing pension money from disabled widows is a pretty despicable way of making money!!!
UNRELIABLE company and delivery
“Deliver Direct” is the company REEF uses to ship their online sales with now, not USPS, UPS or FedEx, they’re using a never heard before shipping company.
My purchase was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and shipping tracking says failed attempt for delivery.
Since I live on an Air Force Base I called REEF twice and left 2 messages to Deliver Direct, who should be able to deliver to a residential address just as the other above delivery companies have done for years. Also if they cannot deliver, I should not be able to purchase anything from their website when I punch in my delivery address if they “don’t deliver” to my address. Reef Customer service was crap, and the “Deliver Direct” company has been unresponsive. NEVER buying anything from REEF again.
Ivan's Boss is a Bait & Switcher on Cyber Monday Deals
I recently purchased a pair of their Homey slippers on a Cyber Monday deal. I received an email confirmation that my order was placed. The NEXT day, I receive an email stating that my order was cancelled "due to high demand." I looked at their site and saw that the same color and size were in stock. I called back and was told by the customer support that their system was not up-to-date (in 2024) and they were in fact out of stock in the ones I ordered. No offer to backorder or switch colors for the same sale price because the sale was now over.
I asked to speak to a supervisor to which she replied, "He's only going to say the same thing." (Awesome Service)
Ivan answers the phone and really doesn't have any better answers as to why they are still showing in stock (still are 6 hours later as I write this). He offers me the 30% off that i received for Cyber Monday. But wait! That's off the $75 full price. They were marked $50 on their site and I received 30% off that. So, now we know the reasoning behind my cancelled order. SOMEBODY MESSED UP with the price on the website and I was given 30% off twice. They don't want to sell them to me for the agreed upon price so now they are "out of stock."
I asked Ivan if I could save us both the trouble of this review over his bad decision making and speak to his boss. Ivan has a boss. Ivan's boss apparently doesn't speak to customers. Ivan's boss doesn't know where his paycheck comes from.

I tried to order to pairs of sandals today. This was my first time purchasing REEF sandals. I got a 15% email coupon to use with one pair and saw the sale for 20% off the website. I was not able to make the purchase using the online system so I decided to call. After countless attempts to call customer service, I was told I had to do it online. So difficult for a simple order! I decided I don't want to do business with this Sandal Company! I'll take my money to HOKA!
Ridiculously Comfortable? Not!
I purchased a pair of Reef slide on sandals, Cushion Vista HI. The very first time I wore them, I ended up with a blister on the side of my foot. Mind you, I did not wear them for very long. These shoes are advertised as being “ridiculously comfortable”. They are not. That being said, they will not offer a replacement, my money back or an alternate pair of shoes. These shoes are not cheap. At over $50 a pair, I expected what they advertised. I learned my lesson, fool me once. I will not be a future customer.
I hope I'll get my refund money..
Website states that delivery takes between 7-10 business days, it has been 6 business days since i made a purchase and no email apart from the order confirmation, so I decided to call customer service line and they have noticed that those items are out of stock. I wonder if I just waited even longer, they'll never notice my order..? I'll be surprised if I even get my refund.
