Expired voucher sorted!
Your voucher expires a year from purchase but unfortunately, I didn’t realise this, and I was hospitalised for a year battling illness. By the time I realised, I was past the point of extension which really upset me. I realised this late at night, so after a sleepless night I contacted red letter days on their online chat and explained my circumstances. Without hesitation they extended my voucher for a further 3 months free of charge and wished me well from my illness.
All that worrying for absolutely nothing! What a lovely company that actually cares about their customers! 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future

I had a problem & requested a refund. My mistake, I double booked the item. Contacted your assistant who was fabulous. She listened, understood & checked my derails were correct, then refunded me without any arguments. Fabulous experience & after purchase sales.

I booked an afternoon tea voucher for Harrods on Red Letter days and the process was simple and easy. The reason I booked on RLD is because it was cheaper than booking direct and with an additional 20% welcome bonus it saved quite a bit when compared to booking direct with Harrods.

A right con
We needed to extend our voucher which is for a walking tour, because I currently have a bad knee. It's £20 to extend. Fair enough. However when you get to the very end just before paying it suddenly becomes £41. £21 for the difference between the price paid of £46.99 and the current price of £68. However they are not comparing like for like. £46.99 must be the 20% discounted price our friends paid when they bought it for us last Xmas. The current 20% discounted price is £54.40. So the extra to pay should be £7.41. We have ended up paying an extra £41 for something that cost our friends £46.99. It feels a very cynical approach on the part of Red Letter Days. We will now never use them again as a result, having previously bought a number of afternoon tea vouchers for friends.

Had a complex matter with 2 vouchers…
Had a complex matter with 2 vouchers for different experiences that were brought same day same time but 1 saying expired the other still valid? yet both state valid for 2 years. This was resolved by their on-line team so I have 1 new voucher now :-)

Bought a voucher in error, after realising family had already purchased from actual venue. Spoke with an agent from red letter days on the chat option, and refund has been processed immediately. So I would definitely use the service again.

Shambles
Tried to book an afternoon experience with a voucher I brought for my wife. Once on the site we couldn’t search the location for which we wanted, tried all possibilities but it wasn’t having it, in the end we had to ring the location we wanted ourselves. Absolute shambles of a website. I will definitely not be buying from these again.
