I visited the Mid City Store 11.30am to purchase a Cricket Bat handle Grip. I was greeted by Marcus F, where together, went to the display and had need to venture to the stock reserve.
The item was located. I wish to thank Marcus, for his confident obliging nature and customer service skills he made the shopping experience pleasurable. He is a credit to Rebel Sport.

I ordered with them twice and both times they got my address wrong, obviously its a problem with their system but I emailed them to remind them, their arrogant response is that they are not interested

I ordered the Celsius Olympic 20kg Dumbbell set. Order arrived with 2x 1.25 plates missing. I reached out and they wanted me to bring the entire set into a store and do an exchange. I work night shift so that isn't an option. They finally sent some plates out and when they arrived they weren't Olympic plates. It's like they didn't even look at my order number which I provided. Rethinking buying my first home gym setup from them.

Purchased ping pong table on 14/12 as a gift for my kids for Xmas. Was supposed to get here by Xmas, worst case scenario 26/12. It’s now 30/12 and it has not arrived. Trying to get anyone to take accountability is impossible. Not the first time I’ve had this terrible experience with Rebel. Order RBAU008978307

Rebel continually harass me at all hours via text messages. I have asked them to stop, I have not given them permission to text me. They continue to do so

I was overcharged at the cash register and realised when I got home. I sent an email to customer service and got a stock standard impersonal reply with refund policy url attached. I then rang and they could do nothing to resolve matter. Feeling ripped off. Small amount. 10% overcharge but the principle of the matter no one I have spoken to at rebel will resolve it or reimburse me the difference. They just say they can't help.
They need to do better with customer service and ripping people off and not offering an easy solution

Stop marketing to me using a phone number I can not block or unsubscribe from. Stupid USA marketing practices. I will be returning my latest purchase. STOP STOP

At around 9:30 to 10:15AM I asked the manager at Castle Towers (Castle Hill, NSW) to open two security-sealed packets containing resistance bands ($50 & $60). I mentioned I would buy one and merely needed to check contents, first. She refused, saying that it was against policy and was rather dismissive. There was no resistance bands on display and I had no option but to withdraw my request as the manager was quite firm. In hindsight, I should have bought both, opened them and then requested a refund for the one that was unsuitable. Lousy attitude from the manager, especially considering how I could have easily opened the packets without seeking permission and was just doing the right thing.

Shame on you as an employer. A staff member who has been there and been a significant contributor for over 5 years leaves and not one acknowledgement from the company. Nothing. No wonder the good staff won’t stay.

So they only sent one shoe lol it happens , got in touch with customer service who got in touch with the store spoke to a lovely lady who had found the shoe and it’ on its way so all good:)

Never again will I order from rebel sports I orderd 3 items I received 1 so far an the delivery drivers careless just threw my package on the ground a zooms off ..

Today I purchased a pair of New Balance runners from Rebel Sport Highpoint store Maribynong.
I was served by Lucas who gave me plenty of time and space before he asked if he could assist.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided and his knowledge of the product,more so his politeness

Rebel Sport's warranty is a scam. I bought a treadmill a while back and call them about the warranty. This company and Bernsport would use any excuse they could find to weasel their way out of the warranty. Went to leave a 1 star review on the treadmill but Rebel sport would not allow it to be posted on their site.

Still waiting for a tracking number....
Rebel Sport New Zealand have the worst courier company working for them "Aramex" it's been 2 days since I've ordered online (rebel sport NZ) and still no tracking number allocated and no email. The only email I've had is a confirmation email that I've paid for my items.... should've read the reviews before ordering if I had known they use Aramex as a courier, I would have never ordered online from them. I ordered from Footlocker NZ and paid $8.70 for shipping and got my items the next day. They use NZ POST Couriers and although it's more money for shipping it's worth it. I got emails from them on where my package was right through till my item was delivered. But I can't even track what I bought from Rebel Sport because I don't even have a dam tracking number!!! 2 days since I've ordered and my items still says "order processed"....Really Rebel Bloody Sports?!!

Online order for 10 items was sent from 6 different stores and not one item arrived within the "1 to 4 business days delivery" as promoted on its website.

The online experience is shambolic, inefficient and environmentally impactful. Rebel NZ's approach to fulfilling online orders is to hope that individual stores stock the item selected online. I ordered 2x the same top and one came from a store in the North Island and the other from a store in the South Island. 10 items ordered and 6 different courier packs (fortunately I was only charged the standard delivery fee).

All items were delivered between 6 and 10 business days and I am in a large city. This is well outside the 1 to 4 business days delivery claim stated on its website. This is a woeful performance and very miss leading to online shoppers expecting a more efficient delivery service.

FYI the tracker on the late items pointed to "delivery delays beyond the courier company's control and to check their alerts for an update". I checked, none of the alerts related to regions where my items were being shipped from so two issues:
- the time taken by Rebel to arrange the shipping (between 1 and 3 business days before the shipping information comes through so variable priorities at a store by store level for packaging and sending purchases out), and
- Their courier company (Aramex / Fastway Couriers) is not able to deliver the item within a reasonable time frame (taking greater than 5 business days from Auck to another large North Island location is simply hard to defend.

It use to be a sports shop. Now it is a sexual predator, attacking our impressionable kids. Its paedophilia through corporate structure. They should be boycotted and go out of business, as other paedophile stores, like Target and Bud beers.

I don’t want to complain about the staff on the floor - always friendly and helpful in Doncaster. My issue is at the point of sale. It doesn’t matter who serves me or what I’ve purchased but nothing gets handled with care. The clothes get roughly shoved into the bag that I have to pay $1 for (which really irritates me as no other sports stores charge for bags). It’s the lack of respect for the garments that I really despise, and they’re not cheap by any stretch. From now on I will just go into Nike/Running Bare/Adidas. They seem to have a lot more respect for their product. Train your staff properly in this regard Rebel.

Shopping online with this company has been a horrible nightmare. Poor communication from customer support , they are using aramex as courier service which is horrid , just very poor all around service . Bulshit
