I had an issue with the sizing of a pair of leggings - they were far too tight (couldn't even pull them up). The customer service I received from Corinne was fantastic. She quickly sent out a replacement pair which fit so much better. Thank you!

This is the first time I've ordered from Reasn, though I've followed Adam and Jamie for years (almost the start of ITS). I was very intrigued by the leggings as I've never had much look finding a good pair of thick black petite leggings that fit my 5'1 height and aren't seeing through! Well, firstly can I say your packaging is gorgeous, love the high quality feel of it.
Secondly, I was a bit dubious about the ribbed material as I haven't had the best experience with it in the past- but those are a whole different ball game! The feel of them is brilliant, and I'm so here for the stretch they have. They are the perfect length on me too! You guys have done a fabulous job with these, the only criticism I have is if they had side pockets it would make them even more incredible. Well done!!

Corrine has been really helpful and professional in emails. I asked about my refund update and she promptly replied I really like the quality and the reason brand I retuned the clothing as it was a size too small. Great customer services and thank you corrine

I purchased the sculpt bra (10) & leggings (8) in espresso and the matching hoodie (8). Love the hoodie, a nice fit and is true to size. Colour is very flattering. The bra and leggings were both too small so I had to return and go a size up in both. Now the bra fits well but the leggings seem to be really big, I’m constantly having to pull them up and they are really loose around my ankles. I’ve never been a size 12 but when the 10 came so small I was surprised how big the 12 is on me. Considering I couldn’t get the smaller size up my legs, I find it such a drastic size difference which is very disappointing as it’s not cheap.

Corinne has been fantastic helping me out with a query I had. So lovely and nothing was a bother. She’s explained everything to me for me to understand 👌👌 thank you for great customer service and obvs the clothes are top tier! Xx

Amazing customer service from Corinne! I ordered the leggings and after 2 wears they had a hole in the seam. She was so understanding and friendly, great communication, refunded me the money onto a gift card so I could repurchase again! Thank you so much x

Firstly I will say the leggings are extremely good quality, as for the fit though, disappointed. I normally get regular length in leggings, checked their sizing guide and going by what they advised at 5ft 8 I chose regular. I tried them on and they seemed fine, they just sat on the ankle but unfortunately they are too short as when I'm wearing them they continually ride down and I'm forever pulling them back up and also I appreciate they are supposed to not give you camel toe but i think because of this the gusset does sag and again i feel I'm having to continually pull them up. Disappointed for the price you pay and unfortunately I won't be buying again.

Corinne was absolutely amazing in resolving an issue with a pair of leggings that I purchased. On putting them on they had a hole in the seam. Corinne quickly dealt with the issue and had a new pair sent out on next day delivery. She was so kind and helpful

I will continue to order from reasn even though I had a recent issue with some leggings. The communication was excellent and the commitment to resolve the matter was dealt with immediately.
I personally liked their honesty with regards the leggings. I was offered a refund or an exchange.

Had a nightmare when Royal Mail took parcel to sorting office and I couldn't get with no ID they then returned the parcel. I emailed Reasn and Corinne was amazing credited me dk I could buy my item again. So quick and easy thanks!

I had been dealing with Corinne in costumer services. She has been pleasent, helpful and ensured my issue was resolved.
Although there was an issue with the product I had bought I would still go back and order again especially considering the issue was so easily resolved through costumer services. No hassle at all! Thank you very much.

I've ordered twice from Reasn so far. My first order was for the sculpt leggings on their first release, I haven't actually worn these leggings as they are far too tight!! I didn't however return/contact the company.
I then ordered their second release of the sculpt leggings which they say has a better fit after listening to feedback. I'm happy to say that they are actually a much better fit and really comfy, thick and good quality. After 2 wears they did start to bobble which I emailed about and received excellent customer service from Corinne, she sent me a gift card including express postage to order another pair after I sent images. I've ordered my replacement pair and hoping they're better.

I have ordered lots from Reasn, and been happy with everything! However I had an issue with 1 pair of leggings where the seams came apart after 2 wears, so I emailed customer service to see if there was anything they could do - the lovely Adele helped me straight away, I sent 2 photos, and she then issued me a refund! Really quick communication and great customer service, thank you!

I absolutely love this brand! The quality of the clothes are amazing! I had to return a couple of bits and the customer service was amazing, Adele was so helpful. This is definitely a brand I trust and will buy much more of!

I am always apprehensive about influencers selling but I have followed Perrie for years and always trust her judgment. I can confirm I ordered a hoodie and jacket to "try" the brand before I went all in with a huge order. The hoodie is a great fit and the quality is insane, soft, well made. The jacket is a great slimming fit, I am 9 weeks postpartum and both gave me exactly what I needed a confidence boost with comfort. For the price of these items you cannot fault it.
