A friendly and professional bunch - always helpful and proactive, more than enough to keep me coming back.

A big thank you to RBM solutions
They took all the stress away
From beginning to end.
So helpful, they know how to get things done quickly and professionally
And always just a phone call away

From the start, RBM have been brilliant. The speed and efficiency to which they work at is outstanding. Contact and communication from the team has been second to none. We would highly recommend RBM to all our family and friends. We will not hesitate to use them again in future.

Having used RBM several years ago and returning on this occasion; yet again I have received great service from the first moment I spoke with Matt to discuss options, through to completion. Matt bettered my mortgage expectations which helped me greatly for my remortgage and extra needs. Once the ball was rolling, the team worked tirelessly between all parties to keep the momentum going - keeping me in the loop all the way.
Every query or question was answered rapidly and nothing was ever an issue.
Superb service and would definitely recommend!

I can only say positive things about RBM Solutions who assisted me all the way through a very complicated re-mortgage process.

I would like to thank Jack Parris in particular for his devotion and his exceptional customer service. I can assure you dealing with me is not always easy but Jack, Matt and his Team were absolutely PERFECT!

Matt and Donna have done an incredible job finding and arranging our mortgage.
Unbelievable service repeatedly going above and beyond. Communication and updates have been perfect, any updates and questions have been quick informative and answered in a timely fashion, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you guys so much.

Matt from the get go showed how great he was as a broker. When other brokers were telling me one thing Matt was giving me solutions and giving me many more options.

He does an exhaustive check and will flag up any issues that needs to be addressed. This helped so issues weren’t raised by the mortgage company during application. The communication is second to none eg. setting up a WhatsApp group so all relevant parties can communicate. He’s always prompt with his replies and always very helpful.

Our Account Manager was Donna and from what Matt told me she was pretty new to the team, not that you could tell. Not only is she super professional and knowledgable but very friendly and sympathetic. She is super helpful and would listen to our requirements and also sort out any hassles that arose. She is very determined and her communication skills are exemplary, always keeping us updated with our case.

We can only say thank you for all your hard work and patience and getting us our mortgage.

Matt and his team are spot on, they always make themselves available to lend a hand or give great advice. I will continue to use matt in the coming years. Mortgages or insurances rest assured they will always try and get you the best deal. Highly recommended.

Matt and his team were just amazing from start to finish during my mortgage process. The team didn’t work from a 9-5 basis they kept positive communication throughout the process and even responded on their days off to keep me updated. Matts positive attitude kept reassured in these unprecedented times and nothing was too much trouble. I felt like a family were looking after me not a business. I Can’t recommend RMB solutions enough and I can’t thank the team for their tremendous efforts. Very grateful and very satisfied with the level of service.

Excellent service from Matt and his team, at the end of e-mail, text or telephone 24/7, nothing too much trouble.

RBM Solutions deserve every success and I am sure that they will continue to grow, happy to be a part of their journey.

Matt provided very professional support all the way through. During lockdown and difficult times of covid19 pandemic he was always available to talk , serving advice and motivating us to not give up as it was close for us to do it. The times were uncertain but he was keep trying and focusing on getting our mortgage approved and it finally happened:) Thanks Matt , you played a vital role in setting new steps in our life in new beautiful home.

I was passed onto Matt by a friend, he was amazing from start to finish! Matt was very professional in his approach. What I thought would be a stressful remortgage (due to personal circumstances), it happened to be a breeze, all thanks to Matt! I would highly recommend using Matt to anyone.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really appreciate what you have done!

Highly recommended.... From start to finish everything was just painless and seamless! Communication was awesome. Matt kept me updated every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble - not that there was any, but, if there had, I’d have every confidence in Matt’s ability to sort anything! Total professionalism.

Thank you Matt

If you're not using RBM Solutions for your move, your insurance your anything or everything to do with this, then im sorry, you are doing it wrong!
Matt Marsh is an angel sent from above to make this whole messy process a piece of cake. I do not have enough thanks within me to give this man.
I 1000% wholeheartedly will recommend him until my last breathe.
I have had an awful move with trip ups every twist and turn and hes been a complete moving rock listening to me whine, whinge, moan about numerous solicitors, delays caused by solicitors, and throw my toys out the pram, pretty much on a daily basis, You will not find anyone more professional and knowledgeable and reliable, anything you need sorted he can get the job done. He will go the extra for you.
Please, do not look to anyone else, just dont even bother, its not worth the hassle it will cause you.
RBM Solutions all the way, and ask for Matt Marsh.
