RBM Solutions Anmeldelser

As a first time buyer who had little to no experience of the buying process, I was lucky to work with the brilliant team at RBM Solutions. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were kind, patient and so easy to get in contact with. The process can be long and sometimes stressful, but you could always trust that the team were doing everything they could to keep progress on track every step of the way. Would recommend RBM to anyone buying a property!

The team at RBM did an excellent job - always responsive and effective.

Matt was fantastic, very responsive, and helpful with all of my queries!
Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for there next home!

I used this firm for a remortgage in July 2022. Matt was my mortgage advisor and was excellent. Really helpful. It’s such a stressful experience remortgaging but I can say he made it painless with updates via phone and email. Highly recommended would use again.

I found the service overall very easy and all questions where answered quickly, reviewing my life insurance and changing it was a superb service

The best customer service I have ever received. Every step of the process Ashley went above and beyond. He took all the stress out of the process and the levels of communication were faultless. Thank you so much :)

The whole team were amazing from start to finish! All very easy to talk to and very helpful! Wouldn’t of got our house we are in now without them! Couldn’t recommend enough, they are just amazing!

The team RBM have been exemplary in their handling of our case. This has been a nightmare from start to finish for all concerned but they never gave up on us climbing many a hurdle without complaint. I believe that no other broker would’ve taken this case or if they had they would’ve given up halfway through!

Yesterday, after many long months of highs and lows, we got across the finishing line!!
Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all concerned.

RBM we’re fantastic at sorting out our remortgage. Chelsea and Matt were very helpful and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

From start to finish RBM solutions have been amazing and everything ran so smoothly thanks to them. Will never go to anyone else. Cannot recommend enough

We used RBM through reccomendation and they did not disappoint! We had a difficult case with self employment and furlough so struggled to find anyone who could help, matt and Chelsea made it happen and we couldn’t be more happy to finally be in our new home! :)

The team at RBM were amazing, Matt did all the legal side of thing and explained everything along the way but Lucy in particular was fabulous keep me calm and got things done. The communication from all at RBM was outstanding right through to the end, nothing was too much trouble. I will us RBM Solutions in the future and would highly recommend RBM Solutions to family and friends.

The team at RBM were amazing, in particular Ash. They were really knowledgeable, extremely responsive, gave some great advice and were happy to answer all my constant questions! I had a really short time in which to sort a mortgage before my SVR shot up and they managed to sort it in time.

Couldn't recommend this team enough for all your hard work or should I say putting up with me 😂 from start to finish you were always there giving the best advice and helping us find our perfect house. Very efficient and swift process once completed. Made it easy to complete all the bits we had to submit and not stressful at all. Very chilled and positive attitudes exactly what everyone needs. Thankyou so much til the Stevens

A big thank you to RBM solutions team for sorting out our first mortgage. We were so happy with the service, especially Jack Parris who is friendly and professional to speak to and ever so patient with us with our endless questions at the start, we really appreciate all the help in sorting out the mortgage and completing on the house purchase.
Thank you so much!

The team at rbm solutions are amazing! I’ve been struggling to get a mortgage or any decent advice for a couple of years now, being self employed, especially through covid almost made it impossible for me to buy, but this wasn’t an issue for Matt and his team and they got the job done no problem! I’m now in the house I’ve wanted for so long, with a good mortgage and help setting up all my insurances. Will always use these guys and recommend them to anyone!

Great service, always kept up to date. Thanks Matt i will be back for a remortgage

The service my husband and I have received was outstanding, the experience itself is very stressful, both Matt and especially Lucy was there for us, no matter what time of day. The communication was outstanding, we were both kept in the loop at every stage, any questions we had was answered and explained.

I was recommended RBM Solutions through a family member and can not fault them in anyway, my process has taken longer then expected but not because of them but they managed it promptly and efficiently. They were always available any time of the day or night for any concerns I had and were constantly jumping through hoops for me to get the mortgage that was best for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be sure to use them again in the future.
