Our salesman was very pleasant and personable. Did not hover over us and gave us the time we needed to decide what we wanted!! Excellent customer service....

My salesperson Kelly was outstanding. She quickly grasped what I was looking to put together and had great knowledge of the store and inventory. Fantastic job.

furniture is very good quality and delivered in a timely fashion.

We went to the outlet store and were just browsing. The sales rep instead of telling us the price of an item, she created an order in our name. Though it says delivery date pending this is ridiculous and so misleading. We further received another email saying “Congratulations on your purchase” and asked us to fill a survey. We are quite angry with how your company is misusing customer information. All this happened because we gave our phone number on the account.

Angie was very nice and took her time to make sure that we locked our furniture price for when we move to our new house. She was very professional and friendly

Eva always is very attentive and helpful , this is my fifth time buying furniture from her at your Woodbridge New Jersey location . The refer people there all of the time .

The person that helped me was very nice knowledgeable and did not rush me, although it was close to closing hours. I felt at ease doing my shopping experience and i was able to fine exactly what I wanted.

Great help from Erika who help to choose the best options. She was patient and very informative to all my concerns.

Almost two weeks ago I visited the Iselin location and after informing the sales consultant of my price range she referred me to a nearby outlet after trying to assist me. Upon my visit to the South Plainfield outlet I was able to make a purchase within my price range and within three (3) days I received my TV console and I love it. I want to thank the Iselin consultant for the referral and also the helpful consultant @ the South Plainfield location in which I made my purchase.

Excellent service. Rocky was great!!

The team was punctual, very courteous and respectful. They are an asset to your company.

The salesperson I worked with, Mark, was great. The furniture, couch and loveseat, was a great price and value. Very happy with my purchase.
My only comment is delivery. I had 2 different delivery dates. The couch was supposed to come between 9-12 and they showed up at 8:30. The 2nd delivery, the loveseat, was supposed to come between 12-3. Got an email saying 3:10 and they showed up at 1.

Elizabeth was a great sales rep. She was patient and not pushy at all. She was there when we had questions and I can appreciate that.

Customer service at the store was excellent and the delivery was very good. Got my new mattress and box spring the next day. Very pleased with my purchase.

I called Raymour and Flannigan for an issue with my old matress that was given me back pain do to lost of firmness. They were nice enough to listen to my concerns, and did a check up on my purchase, and told me to send them pictures. After a review they decided to pick up my old matress and exchange it for a new one. I was so happy. I have slept like an angel since then, no more back pain😘

Sales person Samuel Vargas was wonderful helpful and knowledgeable. I also am happy to see the cleanliness and respectful the staff were in reference to the CDC guidelines with Covid-19.
